Had a great stay! The place was quiet at night, easy to find, and the host was very friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth. Perfect spot if you’re looking for a peaceful rest after a day of exploring Phnom Penh.

When we forgot the key card inside, the owner very quickly provided the code to enter the apartment, thank you! Otherwise, I really liked the place, bright, nice new room. Nice bathroom, no problems with water. comfortable bed, beautiful view, excellent view from the roof on the 45th floor.. high floor 23. Swimming pool on the 7th floor with a new billiards table. great location. The management company agreed to a meeting and allowed us to check out later due to a late flight.

This is not my first time staying here. If you love swimming and gym then this is the place for you. Sun, the host has always been nothing but the best. If there is anything I needed that he can accommodate, he made it happen. He once had to move my suitcase to another room because I wasn’t there. Thanks Sun. For being an amazing host.

Extra private. There is the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and outside balcony to air dry your clothes. The host was responsive and checkin was easy. It’s close to the gym and spa treatments. There is privacy and elevator is clean and helpful. A lot of closets and the washer machine was easy to use. Nice little place to sleep and have nobody bothering you. Extra security.

I mostly interacted with Luc (one of the co-hosts), and he is truly amazing. Friendly, proactive, and makes his guests feel at home. The listing is a screaming value, and a great location to explore Phnom Penh's key attractions. Even though I'm a private person, I actually enjoyed the communal nature of it, interacting with Luc, his dog Lulu, and other homestay guests. One tricky thing is the shared bathroom has two doors, so the guests sort of have to coordinate/knock, but that's totally not a big deal. Again, terrific deal, amazing people, lovely dog Lulu. Recommend booking.

The place was conveniently located, and the hosts were easy to coordinate with. Clean, no-frills place, and definitely a place I would stay in again next time.

The room is very clean, perfect studio with everything you need. Comfortable bed, great kitchen and shower. Quiet and safe area but not many restaurants close by (mainly just Chinese restaurants) Would definitely stay there though as it’s fantastic value for money. Incredible room and facilities.

Nice place inside a quiet and local neighborhood. The place is clean, silence and not in the center center but near from good restaurants and shops. I recommend.

The best service I have ever got , anything I asked or wanted was delivered within minutes , polite ,friendly the room was spotless and cozy with everything we needed especially cooking utensils , the cleaner went above and beyond even did my washing without me even asking I would definitely return here

As we had hoped, this was the perfect place to stay for the start of our Cambodia trip. Frances and Soeun are so welcoming and helpful - we felt totally reassured while we got over jet lag and explored Phenom Penh. The flat is lovely (and cool!), with great attention to detail - so fresh drinking water (to refill bottles), beautiful coffee in pots in the freezer, a fruit platter and fresh bread delivered for breakfast. It really feels like home. It isn't very central - but only a 10 minute ($2) tuk tuk ride from the palace and riverfront areas so really easy - plus the area around the flat (BKK) is lovely, with nice restaurants nearby. They also have a great market at the end of the street and the flat has a kitchen so you could also cook there and I imagine this would be a brilliant place if you were staying longer in the city (we only stayed 2 nights). Anyway - we totally recommend staying here. Really lovely.

A wonderful stay in a lux hotel with a very nice clean apartment (huge beds) for an excellent price. We had a free BBQ meal and tour around the showrooms as well. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

The place is clean and well-located. The host is very supportive. Definitely, I'll stay here whenever I'm in Phnom Penh.

The apartment is in a big tower where you will find a great gym, a kids playground floor, coffee place, laundry and the best: huge rooftop with a 180° pool viewing the city. The apartment has a fantastic view over the city and is beautiful furnished. Narith was very kind and supported us with everything we needed. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

The room was excellent and clean. Nice and clean linens and towels, new furniture, refrigerator and TV. Great internet too. Only one point of note, there is a $50 deposit before you check in that was not mentioned until after you book and cannot be covered with credit card, only cash. This was not clearly disclosed before the booking. I didn't have the cash on me, so the receptionist kindly waived the deposit.

Great value for the price. The apartment was clean, free of mosquitos, and quiet. Very spacious and not cramped like so many other hotels. Has all the equipment you need. The apartment complex has 2 really long pools that you can swim laps in with great views of the city. It also has a weight training room, cardio room, and free studio. Lots of good Cambodian street food, Chinese restaurants, and 24/7 stores right outside your door. When I return to Cambodia, I will come back here again.

The place has great view & felt right at home. There's elevator so it's very easy to carry your luggages up & down~ Overally I had really good sleep & enjoyed being there. Hopefully next time Phi can clean it better & have paper roll in the toilet. I had to fight with 4 cockcroaches 🤣 but the receptionist was very helpful
