Ce studio se situe au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison et possède son entrée indépendante. On y trouve un coin "dodo" (matelas neuf), d'un coin "cuisine", d'une salle de bain (douche/lavabo) et d'un toilette séparé. Le village se trouve à l'entrée du Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, proche du Sancy et de ses possibilités de randonnées et de stations de ski. Les villages de Saint Saturnin, Besse, Montpeyroux, Plauzat, Champeix, restent à proximité, ainsi que les villes de Clermont (27km) et Issoire.

The White House

In the center of Champeix, a typical Auvergne village, this fully renovated studio is located on the first floor of a village house with independent entrance. Tourist village near Besse, Super Besse, Murol, Saint Nectaire and Auvergnats lakes. Market on Friday mornings all year round, and at night on Wednesday evenings in July and August. The studio is close to all shops (bakeries, butchery, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, doctor, florist, press, Vival, Intermarché...).

Stay in peace, with access to the outdoors (terrace, garden, wood-burning oven, stream that crosses the land...). 10-minute walk to the center of the village (local shops). Access to hiking trails. 30 minutes from the Massif Central, 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand. Wood-burning stove in winter, air conditioning in summer.

Welcome to the Oustal

The Oustal is located in a beautiful village at the gates of the park of the volcanoes of Auvergne and 20 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. You will be in quiet, in the heart of a typical village with shops at 2 steps, and many walks on foot. Every morning a homemade breakfast could be served either (14 euros ) in the garden when the weather permits or in your home. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms and an entrance. It is about 40 m2.

Not to mention, of course, exclusive access to the estate's jacuzzi, to recharge your batteries in this little haven of peace.
