The small kitchen is modern and has everything you'll need to cook. There is a work space, a small living room and a private patio. The bedroom is upstairs and has a beautiful view of San Cristóbal. The city center is a ten minute walk, same as the main market. There is a very friendly cat, Marcelo, on the premises.

Very accessible, it has 2 entrances, 1 on the peripheral to avoid traffic and the other on foot. Walking is 15-20 minutes and by car 7 minutes to the church of Guadalupe (start of the Historic Center).
