Holiday rentals with lake access in Chapala

Excellent service, beautiful place, everything is very nice to disconnect for a few days! Romy is very attentive and always answers messages and is very kind. Just bring mosquito repellent because there are many at night, it is normal for the time and place.

It was one of the most beautiful and relaxing weekends we had. In the large bed you sleep very well and this shower is a dream. Everything is very clean and you feel very comfortable and safe. The best part is the private pool. It is such a luxury and we were able to recharge a lot and recover. A really nice house with lots of details and a great host. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you

Everything was great, the house is very nice and the view is beautiful, we had a great time as a family. Mary was always looking out for us. Highly recommended!! We recommend fumigation inside the house, as we encountered a scorpion. We know that there are such insects in the area, but we believe that the issue of insects inside the house can be better controlled. Thank you so much for everything! We enjoyed it!

We were so agust at Daniela's house! There was always someone available to take care of us and provide what we needed. The house is spotless, very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The well pruned and manicured gardens and the heated pool. We had a great weekend!

This is the second time my wife and I stayed here. Hector is a wonderful host and very responsive. House was clean and close to several areas of Ajijic.

Staying at Gerardo's house was a spectacular experience. We rested like never before and had an excellent stay. He was always attentive to our messages and despite the external conditions that did not depend on him (it rained hard and the water got in a little), he was always very willing to help us. If you have the chance, don't miss out on staying here. We recommend it 100%. The place is quiet, cool, very nice to spend a couple of days with the family and disconnect from the city.

We liked the accommodation of the house, the only thing that if the stairs are dangerous for children and adults, the house is very clean, the beds are very good to rest, we had a very pleasant time with the family if we would return and the care of the host and her husband are always very attentive and friendly for everything.

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

This is a very nice, cozy place within easy walking distance to the plaza and restaurants, and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. It was very quiet while I was there, even though there was a holiday. I had a few questions during the stay and they were answered quickly. It has good hot water and average water pressure. I had no trouble getting an Uber there, but it's easy to learn the bus system. It was my first time in in Ajijic and this was a very good location to venture out from.

Excellent service during my stay. Always very kind, attentive and ready to help with any questions or needs. Excellent property conditions, all first-class services and amenities. Too bad there's no air conditioning, but these are the rules of the administration and not the host. For my part, I am very satisfied and of course I would consider it again without a doubt!!

The stay in Mayté's country house was very pleasant, especially when it comes to the pool with heated water, we really enjoyed being in the pool practically all day. There are many chairs, armchairs for lounging in the garden. It has billiards, ping pong table, swing, piñata hanging accessory, lottery etc, large covered area with all the accessories for roasted meats, chairs etc. An ideal resting place near Guadalajara. We would definitely stay again. Mayté and Marco welcomed us very friendly, excellent people, just a detail at the beginning and resolved it immediately, they welcomed us with a candy and peanut charola, bottled water and 20 litre garrafons with water, it was excellent, , uchas thank you.

Excellent weekend, a very comfortable and above all clean house

My experience was excellent. The place was impeccably clean, communication with the host, Mrs. Karla, was always quick and clear. In addition, she was very kind and attentive throughout the stay. Access to the accommodation was very easy. Without a doubt, I would recommend it and I would stay there again.

Daniel's villa is much larger than the photographs show, the views are incredible and the pool was very clean and with warm water, we enjoyed it very much. Daniel and Mr. Raymundo were very kind and were attentive to us the whole time. I highly recommend it and we'd love to come back :)

Maria and her son's service was excellent, the location was super good and very easy to get to, to enjoy the pool on the weekend. Everything was perfect, our stay was outstanding.
