Vania is very responsive to questions or comments. The apartment is very clean, and there is plenty of space for 2 people. The kitchen equipment and electronics are very modern. There is a laundry machine! The internet is fast. The shower has a wonderful, adjustable shower head and lovely wall. The kitchen sink has a highly effective hose. The refrigerator and microwave are very good.

We loved our stay in this pure oasis of an Airbnb. It’s on the 9th floor. Everything was top-notch and we felt right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are plenty of storage possibilities, the bed is very comfy, the bathroom modern and squeaky clean with good water pressure. The TV has Disney+. We found it very handy to have our own washing machine and drying rack in the apartment. And we could use the Gym room on the 2nd floor whenever we wanted to. The communication with Jhovani and his staff was pleasant. Would definitely come back. All in all a perfect stay and a great value for money!

Marcelo's place has everything you're looking for and need to stay and live. Fantastic location in one of the best areas of Cocha, surrounded by shops and restaurants, with public transportation, a lively and safe area. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it is spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. Marcelo's attention is admirable, always attentive, helpful and close to make your stay amazing... A ten for the place with a twelve for the host. Thank you !!!

Great location, it was my second time staying in the apartment. One of the better apartments that i have stayed at in Cochabamba.

The apartment was in excellent condition, everything was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for a good stay. Boris was very attentive and understanding. He helped us a lot, he allowed us to check in almost 2 hours before, we will gladly return on another opportunity, thank you very much for everything Boris.

Beautiful place, the location is excellent in the center of the city you can walk and enjoy the climate and landscapes of the Prado Gardens. Mobilities at the gate, porter staff always attentive and friendly as well as María host genti at all times. We would definitely love to return to this place in the future. Very pleasant stay - I ended up staying longer.

we stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is very spacious, the beds very comfortable and the hot water shower very welcomed. Andrea was easy to communicate with and responsive when we had questions. The pool and gym were great to have access to as well. Highly recommend this host and her apartment.

We had a very good experience at this apartment. It is well located, very very comfortable, with someone always at the reception. The gym, sauna and swimming pool free of charge are a plus point. Our hostess were always nice and responsive. We will come back. Thank you Jacky and Diego.
