Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chapinero

It was a great experience and Diana was a great host. The neighborhood was not as bad as it seems, there just wasn't a lot to do there. Easy access to La Candelaria and the interior of the building is wonderful and clean. The view from the balcony is great.

We spent 4 very pleasant nights at Cristina's house. The area is the best in Bogotá, it is clean and safe at all hours. It has many shops nearby. There was a problem that was quickly resolved thanks to the excellent communication, even though the host lives on the other side of the world. I would definitely come back on my next visit to Bogotá.

When you're inside the house, it feels like a cottage: cozy, quiet, and perfect for resting. The patio is delicious to hang out; some mornings we had breakfast there and it was great. The neighborhood is very quiet, but a few blocks away there are shops and restaurants if you need anything. Adriana is super friendly, responds quickly and makes sure to give you all the directions to make it easy to get there. He even greeted us with some details to snack and take, which was a very nice gesture. The house has everything we need, it's very well equipped and everything works well. We were four people and the space was perfect, even if it fits even more. We would definitely rent this place again.

My family and I had a great stay at the house. Some things I wasn’t aware of was how close it was to this really trendy neat bohemian area on the Main Street. There were also lots of shops including two grocery stores, a fresh fruit place and a dozen restaurants. It’s about 15min from airport w/o traffic, 30min with. The place was so great my wife was trying to get me to buy a house nearby. There was also bi-weekly house keeping.

The location is very quiet, the communication was very good.

Whenever I travel back to Bogotá, this is where I’ll be staying. Great place, big enough to share with friends.

Incredible stay! Great location in La Candelaria. Very walkable to explore the neighborhood. The flat was perfect for my week there and had everything I needed. Its also got amazing views of Monserrate and the Bogota skyline.

We spent a week at Paula’s apartment. It was absolutely perfect in terms of central location; lots of restaurants nearby;very secure;a comfortable apartment with lovely views and; finally the apartment block had a well equipped gym and pool. We have already rebooked for 2 weeks next year. Highly recommend.

host was kind and responsive. place is great and looks the same as photos. I was a bit surprised at how strict securitywasn, felt like a bit much at first but then I felt super safe throughout my stay. really great place- will stay again!

Great location that felt super safe. Juan had phenomenal communication and recommendations. The WiFi was also excellent and the desk made working remote nice and easy. Would stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Close to lots of amenities. Appreciated having a washer & dryer to use (just off the kitchen). Doorman is super helpful & was lovely with the kids (tween/ teen). Would happily stay again. Huge space compared with our 12m monohull 😂

J's apartment is absolutely stunning, and has the best view of Bogota I've seen! I can't recommend this apartment enough! I stayed for a couple months and never wanted to leave. The area is beautiful, fresh air, and close to everything you'd need or anywhere you'd want to go out. Thank you again, J for being such an amazing host, treating me so well and ensuring I had everything I needed the entire time I was there, I truly felt at home in Colombia because of this. Can't wait to get back!

Definitely recommend this spot. Super stylish interior with comfy bed, extra towels, pillows and everything you need. The washing machine and extra bathroom are nice. In a great spot next to lots of good cafes and restaurants. Friendly door men 24/7, felt very secure. 😊

I stayed in this building (Edificio academia 59) for 6 months, 3 months in the unit. The next time I return to bogota I intend to return here, I loved this location. The security in the building is excellent, you’re 2 blocks away from Theatron, the biggest nightclub in Latin America, and a ton of other bars/clubs. you’re surrounded by excellent food (across the street from Chapinero Alto, 5 min walk to zona g, 10-15 min walk to Quinta Camacho), there’s a 24 hour grocery (Carulla) 5 mins away walking and and excellent gym (BodyTech) across the street from Carulla, driving you’re 10 minutes from the Andino Mall - 20 from usaquen or el centro/la candeleria. I couldn’t say enough good things about this location especially as a single person. It’d also be great for couples as well. Jose was an excellent host that responded timely and was accommodating for any request. Advice: bring earplugs. You’re on la séptima which is 1 of the main avenues in bogota, and next to Parque de Los Hippies

The accommodation was very good, Miss Sandra is always pending and the reception is very good, she explains everything very well, she recommends places that are nearby and also leaves you a guide on how to get to each site, very friendly and friendly, I would definitely stay in this place again, 100% recommended

Very nice apartment, great view. The place is as it appears in the photos, the area is suitable for getting around the city. A plus that they have left us earplugs for the noise that can sometimes be heard, but normal like any street. Very friendly and helpful building staff. To be recommended!
