This is a side-by-side unit with Tamra's "Vintage Charm'. Enjoy live racing at the Sprint Capital of the World! This years 360's and 410 World Nationals are held Aug. 6th- 13th. Located in South Central Iowa our peaceful home is located about 10 minutes from Rathbun Lake which makes it a perfect stay in the summer months! We are within a couple miles of state hunting ground for those hunters that need a quick get away to a prime White Tail Deer and Turkey area! Right down the road you will also find Emerald Hills Events where lots of weddings and events are hosted! We are about 10-15 minutes from some really great restaurants and bars as well!

Rathbun Oaks

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath house is the perfect location for your lake getaway. Located a few minutes from Lake Rathbun, and 10 min from Honey Creek Resort. On property there is a community pond for fishing. This house is pet friendly and has a fenced back yard. There is a $50 pet fee per stay, please add your pet(s) to your reservation when booking.

It has been meticulously and tastefully restored and features five bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, living room, family room, two dining areas and a two car garage.
