Your unit has a private entrance 5 steps down from your dedicated parking space. Note: 1. There is no smoking allowed on the deck or in the apartment. 2. Unlike many Airbnbs we do NOT charge a cleaning fee so we ask our guests to sweep and wash their dishes before leaving. 3. No more than 4 guests at ANY time.

So if you do smoke, you can do so off Property. The owners, who live upstairs in the main house on the property, are fun loving, warm, welcoming, and are available at anytime for questions to help make your stay enjoyable.
