Beachfront holiday rental in Charlotte Bay

House was very spacious and comfortable, right next to the beach was only about a couple seconds walk, perfect for spending the whole day there! Perfect walking distance from the shops as well

One of the best locations of a BnB that I have ever stayed at. Helen's place was super comfortable and her communication was prompt and friendly. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would love to come back in the summer time to take advantage of this beautiful waterfront location, but even in the winter, this stay was great! I have no hesitation in recemmending this place, we loved it!

Our stay at the Redhead Beach House was fantastic. The house itself was well designed, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We were welcomed with a platter and wine waiting for us and everything was well stocked and easy to find. Great selection of board games, table tennis and arcade game meant there was plenty to do when we were at the house. The area was beautiful and quiet. A great beach over the road - both our 11 year old daughter and our dog loved it! Overall, I would highly recommend. Thank you Natalie and Collin for your hospitality.

Perfect home away from home, close to the beach. Good communication with hosts. Bicycles are a nice addition to explore the area and EV charging port is super useful too.

Was clean well equipped and catered to accomodate the whole family. Dog friendly. The family preference was if the bbq was in the upstairs balcony, would have been great especially with mozzies around. Very happy and enjoyed the weekend. Felt at home.

Elizabeth’s loft is just perfect - and she is a wonderful and really helpful host. The space is super clean and comfortable and it has everything you might need, including a well-equipped kitchen and a work desk if you’re in town for business. The location is simply superb being so close to the beach, the best ocean baths ever, great coffee, yoga (at the surf club a short walk away) and the list goes on. Loved my stay!

This is the second time we’ve visited Paul’s place and hopefully they’ll be another. It’s a quintessential Australian coast house, full of character and warmth. The beach is across the road and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven! Great back yard, everything you need and Paul is a 10 out of 10 host!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, offering great recommendations for local spots and checking in to make sure all was well. The property itself was stunning! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I could have asked for. The space was both cosy and stylish, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a fantastic host and a lovely property. Will definitely return!

Absolutely magic. The location is next-level — peaceful, private… and those views! Aside from the property being spotless, beautifully styled and with every amenity you could possibly want, Andrea made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we booked. Incredible communication, fresh sourdough from a local bakery on arrival and our groceries picked up and unpacked for us — the greatest luxury! We travelled in late Autumn, but that didn’t stop us swimming in the beautifully heated pool and curling up on the balcony with blankets. The board games were such a fun way to spend our evenings and the dog treats and beds had our pups feeling like royalty. We will absolutely be back. We had a wonderful mini-holiday at Piccola Positano, despite the weather not being great. We found Tom and Liz's place even nicer than in the photos, which is rare, and absolutely loved listening to the sound of the ocean from the front porch. So relaxing! The place was clean and tidy, the beds were really comfy, the pool was huge and the garden was lovely. Sunset there was beautiful. The beach is just a very short stroll down the front yard but if you don't want to have to go through the prickly grass, you can drive there in about 30 seconds (or walk along the street and be there in a few minutes). The cafe Tom and Liz recommended was delicious, and again just a short drive or walk away. The local pub also served good food. Taree and Forster are about a 30 minute drive. We highly recommend!!

My visit was to catchup with my 2 besties from high school who we hadn’t been together for 36 years. It was so nice to have a place where we could stock up stay in and prepare meals and relax. As you could imagine we had lots to talk about so staying in was the best option for us. Lori’s hospitality and her beautiful apartment was just what we needed. Great kitchen with an outdoor bbq on a big verandah. Super comfy bed and as new bathrooms. Perfect! We will be back! Loved it! Thanks again Lori!

Narelle’s place is situated perfectly 2 mins walk from beautiful Little Beach and other attractions/activities in this area of Port Stephens. The apartment was beautiful and spotless with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you may possibly need as well as games and rackets for the tennis court. Parking was available on site. Additionally Narelle was quick to respond to any queries I had. I would definitely recommend Narelle’s place. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Amazing host and excellent property with Pool and Jacuzzi are spot on highlights of the property. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I'm from Germany and if I read "Villa", I expect more than a big bungalow with just basics. The amenities like the buttons for the spa need replacing, the stove wasn't in best shape either as you need to light it up with a lighter, which is provided. The main bedroom with the large bed was in fact two single mattresses put together, not so nice to sleep on the hard edge when cuddling your partner.

Nicole’s place was so beautiful. As soon as you arrive you feel right at home. It comes with everything you need and just the right amount of space. Nicole is helpful and thoughtful and since it was my first time using airbnb I was abit nervous but she made the whole process easier for me. There’s local Restuarants and grocery shops and a pub and beach all within walking distance so the location of her place and pretty much everything else is 10/10. Thank you for hosting us Nicole we hope we are able to visit again soon.

Boomers Beach House! Amazing. Took the family fora little getaway and the place was amazing. The Balcony is exceptional! Phenomenal Views. Very large and so well put together with the shade available. Loved our stay, short walk to all the beaches even for my 2 y.o. Cafe's also in walking distance. Thank you again Tony.

What a wonderful place to spend a winter’s weekend. Easy walk to town, beautiful view and a lovely Mediterranean feel from the interior decor. Sun filled in the afternoon, rugs and heating for cosy nights. Next to the walking/cycle path, which we made good use of. Would definitely stay again, thank you.

hosts were really lovely and even left home made cookies for arrival! Lovely clean apparentment close to the beach and walks. I didn't realise there was no oven so that was the only downside for us but it was great value for the money

The location is perfect, offering stunning sunsets over the lake—a truly magical sight to end each day. Ken & Cathy’s communication was exceptional, providing a detailed app with all the information guests might need. This was incredibly helpful and made our stay seamless and stress-free. Beyond the lake house, we had a fantastic weekend exploring the area and discovering the beautiful beaches nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chill-Out cottage. Check-in was super easy. It’s a great property for families with dogs. The dog friendly One Mile beach is just around the corner, our doggies were thrilled. The cottage was very comfortable, spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. There are books, games, puzzles for rainy days and we enjoyed watching Binge and Netflix in the evenings. We will definitely return.

Great place, not massive but with the flat and it’s bathroom easily met our needs for four couple. The yard is a good size and the outside hot shower is awesome. The location is very close to Boomerang beach and 1km north of Bluey’s Beach shops.
