You will be charmed by the view of the valley and the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm premises are located 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, and are not overlooked. If you would like to stay for several nights, please feel free to ask for information.

We offer you for rent a part of our carefully renovated house. It sits in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the La Chartreuse massif. All shops and restaurants are steps away from the house. The Rivieralp leisure center, with its eco-friendly swimming area, is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an additional €8.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

Superb detached house facing the valley with a 20 m² terrace with fantastic views of the mountains of the Chartreuse Natural Park. The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts and the decoration is neat and personalized in each of the bedrooms. Spaces are provided for children. Ideal location for a quiet stay in the fresh mountain air with the possibility of leaving the cottage on foot and directly accessing several hiking trails.

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private hot tub available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The place is close to Exit 12 of A43 autoroute. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children (no additional people are allowed).
