Les grandes ouvertures baignent chaque pièce d'une lumière douce toute la journée. Le balcon plein sud invite à contempler les montagnes à toute heure, et le jardin se prête aussi bien aux petits-déjeuners d'été qu'aux pauses soleil de décembre. Independent studio on the ground floor of my house. A spacious room with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Room with table, chairs. NO KITCHEN. The 100 m2 apartment we offer was completely renovated in 2023. It is located on the 1st floor and has a large balcony that you can enjoy during the beautiful summer evenings. Being on site, I am easily reachable if needed. You will have access to all the amenities of Châteauroux-les-Alpes (bakery, grocery store, bar and restaurant) a 5-minute drive away. The Embrun water park as well as small shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive.
