The apartment was small but the location was great! We also did not find the stairs to the 7th floor to be so bad and they were definitely feasible. The apartment is very quiet, but you can quickly get to the metro and there are enough restaurants & supermarkets nearby. So for a short city trip, you can definitely recommend the apartment.

The stay was great. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We stayed only one night and felt very good. Geraldine is exceptional. She always responded quickly and was always concerned with our comfort. He arranged a car to pick us up at the airport, was concerned about our late arrival and also provided some essential grocery items. I highly recommend it!

Laura's house is great to visit Paris, 1 min from the metro stop, lovely French style apartment. Laura reply to our messages immediately and she worried about heaving all instructions we need. Great option for a short visit of Paris. minor comment: small table if you want to eat at home

The best views of Paris and walking distance to great restaurants and shops in a safe neighborhood. The light show at night of the Eiffel Tower while sitting on the terrace was something you see in a movie. We will definitely be back. Thierry was a great host and very responsive. Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

They were available to us around the clock for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city.
