The SkyLoft is a 2nd floor studio (with stairs) accessed via the gravel lane behind our house with in-door garage parking. Featuring a queen bed, rain shower w/ a Rinnai tank-less water heater, Berkey water filter system, and private patio seating. The enclosed parking is shared with Brian and Jen, we live in the main house with our two pups, Luna & Simon. We respect your privacy and you'l only see us on an occasional passing. Marsh Top Suite - No Clean Fees!

This is a private master suite with private staircase, balcony, and entrance. The balcony overlooks the marsh, river, and ocean in the distance. Suite is locked off from the rest of the house and there is no shared space. King bed, 60 inch flat screen, large master bath with walk in shower, large master closet. Suite has own thermostat. Mini- fridge, microwave, and pod coffee maker with supplies provided. Kayaks, Paddle boards, basketball court. Sorry, we don't allow guests in the pool.
