Apartment holiday rentals in Chatham

Very comfortable Cape style cottage close to beaches and Main St. There was ample space for our family, well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. The accommodations were all as described.

This is one of the units I booked for overflow and was pleasantly surprised. Though essentially a stand alone unit with it's own entrance, it is also a part of a large country house on a wooded lot; great for privacy but not far from major Cape routes like 6A. It is a one-bedroom apartment with a good amount of windows. The living room/kitchen area also has multiple windows, one of which looks out into nice woods. The owner—Eli--is great, a very nice and helpful host who knows the Cape inside and out and can help you with recommendations. He touts the richness of Brewster pond locations including Sheep’s Pond which has been called the cleanest pond on the Cape. A 5-minute walk or one minute car ride brings you to a parking lot for the Cape Cod Rail Trail for walking and bicycling, and a less than 10-minute car ride will take you to Nickerson State Park with its beautiful lake and hiking trails. Overall, I was totally satisfied with the location, accommodations and hosting.

Incredible spot that I’m glad I found. Very cozy space and far better than getting a hotel room. Would absolutely stay again when I return to Martha’s Vineyard. Host was extremely kind and responsive to any and all questions.

Maria’s place was very clean, and we had a nice stay. Unfortunately, the pool was not filled when we arrived. However, Maria was very quick to answer and talk to the HOA. The directions to get to the Air BnB was easy. For those traveling there, put your GPS in to Apple Lane in Dennis and turn to the first right. We would stay again!

The condo was in a good location. The upstairs BR was a good size. Downstairs was a little small. Really good for 2 people. TV in BR was very small. Over all we had a good time. Roberta supplied all toiletries, shampoo, cream rinse, body was which was a plus. Also all bedding was supplied.

Our stay at Patricia’s place was great! The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Great location!! Very close to many shops and restaurants. Would stay here again!

This was a very nice place, in a beautiful location and lovely hosts. I hope others will give this place a go as I believe it to be worth the good price :)

We loved our stay at this studio. It was perfect for the two of us. It was very close to the beach and we could walk there. I liked that there was a lock code on door, that made it easier than having to deal with keys or worrying about misplacing them. There were plenty of pillows and extra blankets. We will definitely be back!

The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful is place is. The ocean is right there, with little seats on the deck to listen to the waves. The apartment is very quaint and cozy, with excellent Cape decor. We enjoyed our stay immensely, highly recommend!

Megan's place was amazing and we loved our 17 night stay! We often stay in AirBnB locations when we travel and this was really fantastic. The location is perfect - so quiet and peaceful BUT super-close to everything in the area. The unit also felt like it was brand new; everything was in amazing condition and very clean. It was also incredibly full of light, which was lovely. Megan was traveling while we were there but her parents were there in the neighboring house and WOW - they were the nicest, kindest, sweetest, loveliest people you could ever meet. They really made it feel homey. And unfortunately, my husband and I both had come down with some health issues and Megan and her parents were all SO helpful with recommendations for urgent care and dentists. Amazing people and an amazing AirBnB location. :) Oh, and the washer/dryer were top-notch! One thing to note is that you might want to bring a sleep eye-mask as it gets bright in the morning in the unit.

Thaddia’s place was probably the most nicely appointed place we have stayed. Everything you could need was there in very tastefully decorated surroundings. The apartment might not be ideal for someone with mobility issues, but the two flights of stairs were not problematic for us (healthy 62 and 70 year olds). Parking was easy and next to the stairs going up to the apartment. There was a wonderful peaceful covered landing on the second floor. Thaddia was a wonderful host, with vey clear directions including pictures. She turned on the outside lights on our first evening when we came back after dark after dinner in nearby Provincetown.

Great internet. Super clean. Would definitely stay again. Five stars.

The AirBnB apartment was very well located, in a peaceful place and 5 minutes walk to the beach.... It's like we had our condominium in Cape Cod. When the time comes, it will be my choice #1.

Elle was such a pleasure as our host. Not only was her place amazing with the best views, but she also recommended local places to visit and ensured our stay was going well. Her place was clean, modern, and fresh. We will stay here again and at any of her other locations. Thanks for everything, Elle!

Andrea and Tracy were exceptional hosts! They were great communicators and it was clear they wanted us to get the most out of our stay in Cape Cod. The home was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need. Their dogs are amazing and got along great with ours which made this home extra special for us! This was an unforgettable trip for sure thanks to Tracy and Andrea!

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

Fantastic place, beautifully appointed, great location. Highly recommend staying here. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the rooftop deck and jacuzzi. Probably the most comfortable beds, linens and pillows we’ve ever experienced in our many air bnb stays. Extremely comfortable.

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

Randall’s amazing home feels more like a house than a condo. The living room has vaulted ceilings, there is a large dining room and bedrooms are on opposite ends which is great for privacy. It feels bigger than the pictures. It’s in a gorgeous part of town and is basically less than half a block off commercial and an easy walk to the boat slip for tea. The furnishings are perfect, the view from the top floor overlooking the pool is awesome and the water pressure is spot on. Also, a great price and value. This one is easy to recommend :)

This was the perfect place for a couple’s trip to the Cape. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, and the space has everything you need. There are also plenty of restaurants to visit and activities to do all within a 20 minute drive. Inman Beach was the closest beach we visited, and it was a quick 10 minute walk away and the beach chairs provided by Elizabeth were very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I and our small dog had a fantastic stay. Sharon accommodated a (very!) early morning checkin time and was very responsive and clear throughout our stay. The unit suited our needs well and we absolutely loved spending time in the back patio/garden area.

I would recommend Kathy’s home to everyone! It was a charming beautiful experience!

We had an amazing week staying here. We booked last minute and Marlene was nothing but responsive and helpful. The resort is right on the beach and also had a pool, very close to everything and a lot to do!
