Vue sur des vignes et sur un jardin joliment paysagé, cet ancien petit moulin complètement restauré et climatisé est composé de : - Au rdch : entrée sur pièce de vie salon/séjour, cuisine ouverte, arrière-cuisine , une chambre et une salle de bain - Au 1er : une deuxième chambre et une deuxième salle de bain. Abri pour la voiture avec prise électrique. Cout 10€/charge.

Elle se situe 500 mètres après la sortie du village, en bordure d’une route, juste assez proche pour aller chercher le pain à pied ou à vélo. L'extérieur, très fleuri, est entretenu à minima afin de privilégier la biodiversité. Si vous cherchez une maison avec rien qui dépasse, ce n'est pas ici ;)

This loft is ideally located for hiking in the sublime Dévoluy and Vercors mountain ranges. 35 minutes from Grenoble and 20 minutes from Lake Monteynard, this former farm building, converted into a loft with its 35 m² of bay windows, offers you an ideal relaxing setting, bathed in light and with breathtaking views of the Dévoluy and the surrounding forest.

Between Crest and Valence, La Grande Maison is a charming bed & breakfast, ideally located in front of the Vercors between the Drôme valley and the Provence at 15 minutes from the Valence TGV station and the A7. This magnificent 19th century house includes 3 double rooms and 2 family rooms. It is located in a 4000 m² park and has a heated swimming pool (12x4 m). Since December 2019, Audrey and Séverine Lauzier, two sisters, have taken over the guest house.

Le gîte construit au XVIIIè siècle offre une surface de 117m2 sur 2 niveaux. Il est prévu pour accueillir 7 personnes dans les 3 chambres situées à l'étage ainsi que 2 enfants de moins de 2 ans (lit bébé). Tous les lits sont jumelables à la demande. Il offre également une terrasse privative de 22m2 ainsi qu'un abri pour vos vélos.
