A Rustic Escape with Breathtaking Views If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place. Tucked in a remote village, it offers stunning views of the beach on one side and backwaters on the other. We were lucky enough to spot a dolphin in the sea, a highlight of our stay. The accommodation is rustic and simple, with no Wi-Fi or modern amenities, perfect for a digital detox. The food, homemade by Mr. Mohanan and his wife, Divya, was a treat—each meal felt like a warm, local experience. Lt. Col. Sudhir was a fantastic host, offering great tips on local temples and hidden beaches we’d never have found on our own. It’s a quiet, off-grid retreat where you can truly unwind and enjoy nature. If you're after peace, stunning views, and a chance to disconnect, I highly recommend this place.

Had a 3 night stay with family and have to call it out that it was a wonderful experience. Appreciate Mr. Chandrashekhar's family's welcoming nature and passionate drive to cater to the requests made during the stay. Highly recommended for those who wish to inhale some fresh sea breeze.

The place was an absolute heaven. If you want a quite, peaceful, beautiful place for yourself, away from the city chaos, this is the place to go. The lake at your footsteps, cool morning breeze and a breathtaking view from the room makes your day even before it starts. The host is also friendly and helpful. Mare 4km from thrikaripur railway station.

we had a great stay at uChill, we wanted to relax by the beach which is serene and not overcrowded and this was the perfect choice for us . Yash our host was very friendly and guided us with places to visit and arranged homely food , they also provided us charging point for EV vehicle which was awesome. finally good place to unwind and relax from the hustle bustle of the city life

Neat & Clean AC Room Close To The Beach - For 2 -A

My absolute favourite stay, so glad I picked to stay at Linford's. I felt completely at home, thanks to the hospitality from him and his loveliest family. The room was exactly as pictured, a view of trees all around. It's a quiet neighbourhood, but felt very safe even as a solo traveller (had the cosiest sleep I had in days). The place was neat and all basics (& more) were available. Spent all my mornings, sipping tea in the balcony and reading/writing or getting lost in my thoughts. It was the most homely I felt at any stay. Also, the walk to someshwara beach, which is near from here, is beautifully laden with huge trees. Linford is an excellent host who understands what travellers need - a safe, clean and comfortable stay, and that's what he delivered. I was even lucky to be given a send off by his lovely mother. Spent a wholesome few days at the stay!

I usually rely on reviews before booking, so I was a bit hesitant due to the limited number for this place, but I'm glad I went for it. My friends and I wanted a one-night stay near the beach, and Fahad's rental unit exceeded our expectations in delivering this. The home was fully-equipped with new amenities (including AC!), and was very comfortable. We also tried the nearby catering service, and the food was great, especially their pepper (maybe peri-peri?) chicken. The nearby beaches were stunning, with a lovely sunset and so many cute, tiny crabs! If you get the chance, I highly recommend staying at Fahad's place.
