It has a bedroom with sheets, a bathroom with towels, and a living room with a sofa, TV, and Netflix. 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven + microwave, a fridge-freezer, and an espresso machine. All the shops are nearby, the market on Sunday morning is 90 meters away, the train station is 200 meters away, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 meters away, as well as other restaurants

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
