Située à l’intérieur de la propriété de Ségolène et Olivier , vous trouverez une maison indépendante d'environ 90 m² sur terrain clos et fermé. Entièrement rénovée en 2025 avec des matériaux de qualité et sa décoration raffinée, la maison est équipée pour 6 personnes avec cuisine équipée, sdb, douche à l'italienne, wc, climatisation, TV grand format et 2 grandes chambres.

Burgundian house, renovated in 2024 with the charm of old stones and beams. We have 4 bedrooms with double beds and in addition 3 convertible beds. The house is very comfortable for 8 people and can accommodate a maximum of 14 people. Ideal house for large families and friends. You can celebrate birthdays, Christmas or bachelor/bachelorette parties in comfort. This estate has a beautiful cellar where you can enjoy a private wine tasting. Rates on request.

Quietly located in a small village just 10 km from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines and 3 km from Chagny with its shops, restaurants and large Sunday market. On long summer evenings, at sunset, you will enjoy the large travertine terrace, overlooking the pool.

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.

The Carob Tree House

La Maison du Caroubier is a unique home in a magical setting! Facing the vineyards of Montrachet, this unusual accommodation invites you to discover bioclimatic architecture made from natural and healthy materials. The house was designed and imagined to offer a timeless stay. It is surrounded by a large garden where you’ll find the emblematic tree of the place: the carob tree. 🌿🍃

Petite maison indépendante située à l'entrée de la propriété. Salon entièrement rénové, pour un bel espace de vie complété par un extérieur de +1,5 ha (grand parc au calme et cour intérieure). Chaudenay est un petit village à proximité de Beaune (10 kms) en bordure de la route des grands crus.

The cottage came to life in an old farmhouse, after the renovation work that took place about twenty years ago. It can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms located on the first floor. There is also a bathroom, with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. No pets allowed.
