Hotel holiday rentals in Chaudière River

Lovely little apartment - beautiful view - conveniently located - great amenities - easy check in and out - friendly staff - safe and secure building. Although I did not have a car for this visit- garage parking is available. Will likely be back during my next visit.

Mary was a truly wonderful host who made us feel like family! She gave us a tour of the city and showed us the best spots to see and restaurants to visit. Her home was beautiful and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed our conversations getting to know her and her partner, who are just genuinely good people. The backyard was a great spot to relax and the room was extremely comfortable. We had a fantastic stay, and are blessed to have made friends with her! We look forward to staying again!

Great place to stay! My Husband and I had originally booked elsewhere and the location did not work out. We booked this location last minute and we were very pleased! The location is just up from the water and there is plenty of parking. Great place for a walk and there’s a few shops down the road. Breakfast is included and the maple mousse is delicious, definitely recommend!

Adorable house, friendly hostess and clean. The house is old with noisy floors but charming. Hostess was very friendly!

Excellent! The host called us in advance and let us know we could check in early if we wanted. They provided us a list of nearby restaurants they recommend. A great space within easy walking distance of all the sights of Old Quebec. Highly recommended!

Incroyable séjour ! Une vraie bulle de ressourcement et de ralentissement. Tout est pensé pour offrir un séjour de luxe inoubliable aux voyageurs-euses. Les petites attentions, le délicieux déjeuner servi à la chambre et… que dire de l’incroyable spa avec vue sur le Lac. Je le recommande ++ !!

Super endroit pour se ressourcer. L’accueil était super et la vue sur le lac était magnifique. La chambre était propre et confortable. Seul petit bémol, à noter que la chambre n’a pas une cuisine fonctionnelle comme mentionné dans la description de l’annonce. Il y avait seulement un micro onde et un petit four, pas de rond de poêle/casserole/poêlon.

The place was very clean and well maintained. Ginette ensured we have everything we need. She was kind to even leave few disposable boxes and bags for us which was so helpful at the last minute when we were packing to check out. We were confused about the trash disposal but then sorted it out. Definitely worth the price will come back again! Thank you

Super expérience, lit ultra confortable, chambre spacieuse et salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle. La vue sur le fleuve est magnifique et le déjeuner bien que simple etait très bon et plus que suffisant. Nous y retournerons assurément de par l'accueil des hotes, le service et leur flexibilité.

La vue imprenable sur le fleuve on ne pourrait pas être plus proche de l’eau, chambre petite mais très propre.

Great convenient location in the heart of the Old City.

Had an amazing stay! We miss it already and want to plan another trip back in the summer. Amazing service and road conditions were monitored closely after snowfalls so no issues with driving either. Very peaceful and great place to stay for a relaxing time away.

A Perfect Getaway Just Outside Quebec City We had a fantastic stay at Alex’s charming bed and breakfast, just 15 minutes from Quebec City. From the moment we arrived, Alex was a wonderful host—friendly, welcoming, and full of great recommendations for exploring the area. The B&B itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable and peaceful, offering a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The location is ideal—close enough to enjoy everything Quebec City has to offer while also providing a quiet, relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was a real treat, with fresh, homemade dishes that made us feel right at home. The attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay special. If you're looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay near Quebec City, we highly recommend Alex’s B&B! We’ll definitely be back.

J'avais lu les commentaires ultra positifs, je restais prudente. Tout est simplement parfait. La propreté, la clarté des informations, la vue incroyable, la plage où on accepte les chiens, la clientèle respectueuse, calme, endroit sécuritaire, la chambre impeccable, l'intimité, la sainte paix. On n'entend pratiquement pas les autos. Le héron qui pêche à nos pieds, coucher de soleil, lever de soleil. J'y retourne c'est certain!

Deuxième fois dans cet établissement, et toujours un plaisir !

C’était vraiment très agréable, belle chambre propre et calme proche de l’eau avec notre chien. Belle marche sur la plage le matin, et village très agréable pour passer le week-end. Je recommande :)
