For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, your welcome and your kindness. See you soon.

Very, very welcoming hosts, beautiful decoration. The house is very well equipped, the pool is heated and covered, it's a real plus! Table tennis is great for fun! Clean house, all the necessary equipment is there. We had a very pleasant contact with the owners, we thank you and can't wait to come back!!!

Benedicte and Etienne were very helpful and lovely hosts. We enjoyed their fresh eggs and cherries.The gite has been beautifully renovated and decorated . The gardens and lake were a pleasure to walk around and even had a swim in their pool. We enjoyed visiting St.Malo and Dinan and loved the many walks nearby along the river Rance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week and would highly recommend and visit again

We had a great stay in this house that was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. It's a rental that we recommend without hesitation, and that we will gladly rent again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay at Hautmont, we were wowed by the property as soon as we walked in. The drive is tricky to get in and out of, but you eventually get the hang of it. We were welcomed by the owners not long after we arrived and they were responsive throughout our stay to any questions. Hautmont has a homely feeling to the house, with a large lounge, big kitchen and dining table, good sized bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs felt a little dark throughout all times of the day but upstairs bedrooms were light and airy. Basics were provided: hand wash at each sink, good body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and more than enough loo roll for our stay. A generous welcome package too. The kitchen was well stocked with an array of glasses, crockery and cutlery but there is no dishwasher or washing machine. The owners let us use their washing machine however which was very kind. There is a hot tub available for use which we used once, but felt it could've been cleaner in preparation for our stay

What a lovely stay! Beautiful quiet house. We stayed 3 days, so we couldn't enjoy and see everything this beautiful region has to offer but we will surely come back! The house is perfect for two with a hot tub to end the day after 16km of walking. Everything is very clean, well thought out and really very charming. A big thank you to Anne for the availability. We spent an extended stay in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid in almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy the sublime sunsets from the hot tub. We also want to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

The window to the sea - that's how I would describe the accommodation. No matter what the weather was, we could have just sat on the sofa for hours and enjoyed the fantastic view of the sea. Those who are allowed to vacation in Léa's accommodation can consider themselves very lucky: The cottage is freshly renovated, everything is very lovingly designed and well thought out. There are various areas to stay in, a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and oven!) and various terraces in the garden from which you can see the sea. The surroundings are very suitable for a quiet holiday by the sea, in beautiful nature. Of course, you need a car and of course the weather is changeable, but that goes without saying. Communication with Léa was very straightforward and nice. If we could give more stars, we would. Thank you!!!

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are pretty coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very responsive and caring hosts. The property is on a busy road but well insulated so not noisy inside. Easy to walk in to town for restaurants and to get around the rest of the island.

Superb host, accommodation was spotlessly clean, high spec and had everything we needed. Good location, had nice meal in Le Hocq Inn - shopping in St Helier, visited St Brelades Bay, Beaufort bay and Gorey. Would highly recommend.

Perfect and relaxing weekend. The location is ideal for visiting Mont-Saint-Michel and its surroundings, while enjoying a peaceful and serene setting. Nathalie's thoughtful touches and the option to enjoy the jacuzzi for an hour with the reservation add real value to the stay. We were warmly welcomed, and Nathalie was very responsive to each of our questions or requests. The cottage, impeccably clean, is decorated with taste and simplicity. It is also very comfortable, with quality bedding and complete amenities. We highly recommend this address and hope to return as soon as possible.

Wonderful stay. Exactly as described. We had perfect weather for the outdoor terrace and used this for evening apéro and morning coffee. Very comfortable and well appointed space.

The house right on the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped from A as Austernbrecher to Z as Zitronenpresse, everything there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Sufficient thought was given to sockets and strips to charge electronic devices comfortably. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms and is cold outside. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping in Quettehou (also great organic shop!) An unforgettable vacation!

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

We had a great stay at Boris and Romane's place. The house is located in a one-way street that is very quiet. The house is very modern and the decoration is very tasteful and sober. We also really enjoyed the small garden with the property that allowed us to enjoy the sun. Communication with Boris was excellent. Convenience: To go to the small shops in Dinard, it takes 20 minutes on foot. The baker is a little closer, 10 minutes away. We discovered a supermarket closer but a little too late. Dinard is very quiet in June, few vehicles and few tourists, except on weekends, which are a little more lively. Dinar is very quiet in June,

This beautiful house perfectly reflects the photos online, well decorated, bright, spacious, it is functional, comfortable and extremely clean, even the outdoor areas, the garden is well landscaped, all in a quiet location. Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. Everything was on site for our daughter. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍
