Holiday rentals with a patio in Chautauqua County

Place was even nicer in person than in photos! Really cozy and cute. Stairs to go up are a little steep and ceiling a little low but we already knew that from the reviews so it didn't bother us. Half way down the street from the lake which was beautiful! A great value for a calm, peaceful weekend.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

Great place to enjoy the Great Lake, Lake Erie

I was very impressed with how quickly the host responded. We made last minutes arrangements due to other reservations cancelling on us last minute. The host responded right away and was very willing to help make our experience as memorable as possible. She brought me flowers for Valentine’s Day and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very esthetic and newly remodeled. We enjoyed our stay very much. There were a few places to eat right on Main Street and we didn’t have to go far! I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Local to all our family we were visiting. It was peaceful and quiet with gorgeous views of pastures and sunsets. Loved it. It wasn’t so rural that we couldn’t get to things…we were even able to have groceries delivered from Insta cart from Wegmans’s.

We had a great stay. We had our class reunion at one of the beach bars which we could walk to. Thanks for the use of your home

Janet was a particularly good host! The place was beautiful and peaceful, tucked in off the main road, easy to get to the lake! We loved the coffee that was supplied! We needed nothing more, the place was perfect and so was the host!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Brenda's beautiful and spacious house. There are plenty of zones to spread out and relax. It was clean, peaceful, private, comfortable, and even nicer than the photos. The decks overlooking the huge backyard are where we spent most of our time, other than in the big kitchen cooking from scratch. Our only issue was the pots and pans (scratched Teflon); we bought some locally. We'd stay again and are so happy we chose your place Brenda, thank you, 5 stars.

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

Kym’s place was wonderful! We had a fantastic new years and getting to experience Chautauqua in the winter after not doing so after 7 years was so amazing. We enjoyed all the amenities and the tranquility that winter in Chautauqua had to offer! I highly recommend Kym’s place! She was a great host and she has a prime location!

What a beautiful condo in a gorgeous setting! Bethany was always very responsive when I had questions prior to arrival/upon departure, and the condo was comfortable, clean and just as pictured. It’s located in a great area of CHQ and has wonderful views of the lake. My family and I enjoyed our time in this property and would definitely stay there again next time!
