Beach is .9 tenths of a mile, Gordon College 5.1 miles, Endicott College 4.6 miles, Salem 14 miles (23 min train ride), Boston is 30.6 miles (53 min train ride). No visitor parking at beach. Shops, 6 restaurants, groceries & train are .2 tenths of a mile. Town limit = 4 guests. Off-street parking for 1 car. No pets. Super clean unit however not hypoallergenic (known scam to get refund). Built circa 1830, historic district, carriage house gut reno in 2003.

Relaxing 2 bedroom/1bath + loft space with bathtub - sleeps 6. The house sits on a lakefront property with a large backyard, patio with grill, and a private dock. The lake is a wonderful place to visit any time of year. Lots of charming towns to visit nearby. Boston is only a 45 minute drive or an hour by train. The train station is 15 minutes from the house in Manchester. The house is a 5 minute drive from the local restaurants and brewery in Essex. Several grocery stores 15-20 minutes away.

We are located adjacent to Dix Park which includes tennis courts and a walking track. Within walking distance to downtown Beverly Farms and the commuter rail. Just a few miles from both Endicott and Gordon College.
