Cottage holiday rentals in Chedworth

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely comfortable period property with an excellent location. We also booked to use the hot tub and made the most of our bit of luxury in a beautiful garden. Tori, is a great host, very warm, friendly with great communication. Bibury is well worth a visit and lovely to stay in. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous short break in Humbug Barn. Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Delicious meals waiting for us to cook upon arrival and fantastic hosts. We had a couple of minor issues that Amanda and Mark sorted straight away. Extremely friendly and very welcoming and the dogs were made to feel at home too. Thank you for making our stay really relaxing and we would definitely recommend. 5 stars for sure!

This place is so lovely! Host Meng was so kind, even putting some beautiful flowers in the cottage for my birthday ❤️ the view is spectacular, it's one of the most peaceful places I've been. Hot tub is great fun, the kitchen has got everything you need including washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The bed was comfy, plug sockets everywhere you'd want them and usb sockets. It was great to see how dog friendly the place is with throws for the couch, fenced garden and fixed stairs gates. I highly advise popping into Jolter Press Cider bar/shop and getting some food from the local Chinese takeaway. Also a walk to St Anthony's Well, there's some step incline/declines on the walk there but it's beautiful and you have to take a dip! We also went to the Three Choirs Vineyard that was beautiful and good fun too. I would definitely come back and I think it would be equally beautiful in any season, our summer trip was fantastic but I'd love to see it in autumn or winter too.

Beautiful home and very hospitable hosts!

Had a lovely couple of days at Hlolly Barn. It’s a beautiful property in a gorgeous spot. The weather was fantastic which made everything even better. It’s really very easy to explore some superb walks and trails across the common and downs. Brockhampton Estate is well worth a visit too. Sarah is very friendly and it’s great to know she is next door without being intrusive. Loved it!

Cottage is beautiful, very peaceful. Has everything you need and is very clean. Local pub is a short walk with lovely food.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cheryl’s cottage. The photos of the view really didn’t do justice to just how stunning the surroundings were. The house was fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was amazing - top of the range! Thanks you for a wonderful stay

We’ve just had a wonderful 2 night stay here. The location is perfect. The beds were very comfortable and everything that we might need was provided. The hosts gave greta instructions for check in and check out and were responsive. The property is very picturesque.

An idyllic stay in the Cotswolds, a short drive to beautiful villages. Painswick itself is gorgeous, with lots of local eateries/cafes and beautiful streets to stroll around. Sam has done a great job at modernising the place without losing its historical charm!

Caroline and Peter are lovely hosts and the home baked bread, Victoria sponge and tea supplies were very much appreciated. The house is very comfortable and we loved enjoying tea and cake in the private garden. We’ll be back 🙂

It’s a cute little hut with beautiful & peaceful location , perfect for 4 . Even though we had a last minute addition the host was very helpful and eager to help us with sofa bed . Very responsive & helpful people who live next door only . They welcomed us with chips etc . Kitchen was fully equipped . Ample parking place was there for a long vehicle . It was a comfortable & memorable stay .

We had the most amazing stay to celebrate our Honeymoon. The cottage was beyond our expectations - felt like we were living in a fairytale. Martin had left lots of useful information about the local area which we used to plan our days and get the most out of our time in the Cotswolds. The cottage itself had everything you could possibly need for the most relaxing, peaceful stay. A trip we will never forget! Thank you for letting us experience a little cottage life with such breathtaking views all around! We cannot wait to visit again!

i loved my stay at the old stables, beautiful home with enclosed garden for the dog, great facilities and location. beautiful walks and short drive to lots of places. brilliant pub close by. highly recommend and victoria was great x

Charming cottage in a beautiful setting. Had all of the comforts of home. Nick provided lots of helpful information well ahead of our arrival. The few local pubs do book up so we very much appreciated Nicks guidance on this. We had a wonderful dinner at one of the recommended pubs. Would definitely stay at Buttercup Cottage again.

Where do I start…If you want serenity and peace, this is your place! The cottage is a pure slice of heaven and the perfect wind down conclusion from our trip to London and Paris. Beds = amazing. View = calming. Location = great for day trips through the Cotswolds and Eastern Wales. Evening walks on public foot paths through idyllic Cotswolds’ pastures. William and Kyra were some of the best hosts we’ve ever had. From pre-trip information and additional recommendations for our boys, to the welcome package including fresh eggs, freshly baked banana bread, and treats from the farm’s garden. Run don’t walk to your piece of heaven on Earth.

Sue and Tim are both fantastic hosts - warm, vibrant, informative, accommodating and helpful. You are instantly made to feel very welcome. They both seem energetic and fun. The cottage is a well-planned inviting space. The bed is one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. We particularly enjoyed breakfast outside, overlooking the peaceful surroundings. The fresh eggs, milk and bread were an unexpected treat. We made the most of Sue and Tim’s recommendations and had a couple of delightful walks, including one to Miserden. The cottage is perfectly located for a tranquil relaxing time whilst not being too far from various towns. Thank you for an excellent stay.

We had a great stay at Heathfield. Vas was very helpful and responsive. The house was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Its location is central to many interesting places and close to restaurants. A quiet peaceful place to stay on a visit to the Cotswold area. Many thanks Vas .

I could live here! It's perfect and EXACTLY as described. Adele is super friendly (as is the neighbor next door), and the place is so peaceful. Pro tip in the summer...open both upstairs bedroom windows, and then go open the kitchen window. An instant draft will pull cool air upstairs!

We had a great stay in Northleach, it's such a beautiful place and the cottage was also lovely - and perfectly equipped for us travelling with a 9month old! Rebecca was extremely helpful and very accommodating before and during our stay and we wouldn't hestitste to stay again.

A fabulous place for two in the Cotswolds! Amazing view, superb gardens, clean and comfy house… plus lots of lovely places to walk and cycle with friendly pubs in the area. We had a very lovely, relaxing and adventurous time! The hosts were very friendly and made us welcome!

Minnow Cottage was a very cute and quaint cottage. It was tiny but quite ample for a couple. The area was beautiful, the very very narrow road was abit daunting until you get used to it. We had a wonderful stay it was very warm and cosy in a great position to visit lots of different sights. Would definitely recommend. 🤗

Three of us stayed at Tudor Cottage over the last weekend, and we could t have been happier. The property gave an immediate sense of cosiness and we felt right at home. The beds were huge and very comfortable, as well as the bathroom being quirky and pristine! The whole place oozed character, which only heightened our Cotswold experience. The Garden was cute and perfect for our dog to have a little run around in. Our stay couldn’t have been better, thank you to Jody for letting us stay in your beautiful home and being on hand if we needed throughout! Will recommend!

Great location, perfect for 2 people! Great walk to Burford for shopping and restaurants. The Fox Inn was perfect for walkable food and drinks. Thank you!
