Holiday rentals with a patio in Chelem

Super clean and very spacious apartment! Has everything you need for a home away from home. Cute pool area and rooftop patio. Responsive host!! I had requested a hair dryer and they delivered it that same day!! Very much appreciated! Also a small convenience store across the street with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh juice everyday! Loved this stay while enjoying Progreso for the first time!

Loved staying at Betzabeth's house in Chelem! It was peaceful and had great views of the ocean from the balcony. The best part is the location. You are literally a 1-minute walk from the beach. We took a refreshing swim every morning! That particular stretch of beach was the most peaceful in Chelem that we encountered. Betzabeth & her handyman Cresencio were very helpful. We requested a "higher tier" internet plan to work online & Betzabeth got that sorted out for us pretty quickly, which was appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked, washer & dryer included, A/C in all rooms, & a Smart TV. Since it is a new listing, there are some initial hiccups to sort out. The Airbnb map location given was incorrect in Google Maps. Type in "Casa Rosa" instead to find the apartment. It's closer to the east end of Chelem than downtown Chelem. Due to the concrete walls, the internet signal doesn't carry into the guest bedroom - works fine in master bedroom & living area; a wifi extender would help.

We had an amazing stay in Moisés’ condo. The unit is beautifully furnished, comfy beds, well-outfitted kitchen, plenty of seating, towels, everything! The pool and patio area are incredible. Everything was spotlessly clean and the on-site attendant was helpful. We would highly recommend a stay in Moisés’ house for couples, families, or groups. Great beach within 100 yards, easy access to downtown restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Wonderful vacation spot!!

El departamento estaba limpio y olía a limpio! muy bien equipado! tiene un diseño óptimo y las instalaciones son agradables, en buenas condiciones y con una estética muy agradable. Miguel muy atento y el encargado David nos dio una explicación breve y clara de la dinámica a seguir. El mar esta como a 100 metros y definitivamente me volveria a hospedar ahí! la pasamos muy bien! Tuvimos la suerte que habian pocos huéspedes así que disfrutamos del silencio y la quietud del ambiente! GRACIAS!!!

The response time was excellent, we did request extra beach and bath towels and they arrived within 24 hours of requesting. Thank you to you and your team for everything. Also the onsite te of Antonio and his wife are amazing!

If I could give a 10 star recommendation I certainly would! everything about this Casa is Class, clean comfortable and welcoming… everything about it is screams HOME to us. So much so that we are going to come back next year for two weeks instead of 10 days. The on-site Host Bathurst, was a delight and helpful., and very knowledgeable about the area. He gets the ten star rating also🌟

Un lugar hermoso, sin palabras; el lugar se encuentra rodeado de casas pero eso no le quita la privacidad que busca uno cuando se da una escapada a estos lugares, la vista de los cuartos al mar es genial y no qué decir del bello detalle de Jessica como bienvenida a su alojamiento. La atención de Jessica fue excepcional, y sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos mis amigos y yo en este lugar.

The place was very homey. Typical older beach house feel, but had everything we needed. The AC in the bedrooms made it very comfortable at night and the fans in the main areas kept it tolerable even on the hottest days. The best part of the house is the back patio with private pool and the immediate beach access right off the patio. Super beautiful and relaxing. Sunsets were beautiful from the back patio. We found tons of really neat shells almost every day, just walking the beach a bit. The ocean was calm and shallow most mornings and my 7 year old daughter loved swimming in it. Most days we saw no one on the beach. The water pressure in the showers was what you would expect from an older house in a small Mexican town. The provided sand toys were really great for my daughter. Overall it was a great stay and we’d recommend it.

Una excelente experiencia, todo impecable, el anfitrión siempre al pendiente y la casa muy bonita

Al ser la primera estancia de mi familia y mía, fue una experiencia muy agradable que sin duda repetiríamos. Las atenciones tanto del dueño y su hijo es lo que más destacamos dado a que estaban al pendiente en todo momento. Por otro lado, la casa es muy amplia, nosotros éramos como 10 personas y nos acomodamos tanto en las camas como en hamacas. A lado tienen un restaurante bufete el cual hay que tener en cuenta que abren los fines de semana ahí nos atendieron muy bien. El centro queda cerca para ir en moto taxi y ahí hay varios restaurantes igual. Otro aspecto fue la playa que está a dos cuadras caminando, nos tocó de malas que había mucho sargazo pero al ir entre las 8-10 de la mañana está tranquilo el oleaje y pudimos disfrutarlo . Como recomendación: si son varias personas lleven su propio jabón, la casa ofrece unos chiquitos pero por si acaso y toallas por si les hace falta aunque de por sí hay 1 en cada baño. En fin. Nos encantó la atención y recomendaciones del dueño💕.

Bonita casa, relación precio si corresponde, muy acogedora, bastante comoda, un lugar cerca del mar con gran espacio para la familia, si lo que buscan es algo accesible y comoda es buena opción

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

Beautiful secluded place great for respite. Very nice family with the parents next door who are wonderful people. Uber is available sometimes it takes 20 minutes to get there so plan accordingly to head into Progresso for restaurants and shopping & groceries.

excelente ubicación, un departamento realmente bello, estuvimos 8 días por la recuperación de mi esposo y fue increíble 🫢 despertar y ver el lago wow eso no tiene precio una vista increíblemente hermosa, podíamos salir a caminar tranquilamente. me sentí como en casa y la atención de Charito fue maravillosa, siempre estuvo pendiente, y cuando tenía alguna pregunta contestaba rápido, fue muy amable y amigable. calificación 11 de 10. cuando regrese a Mérida volveré alojarme aquí sin duda alguna.

I’ll be back to stay again! I agree with other reviews that the photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful and unique property. The nearby public stadium was fabulous for a morning/evening run and strength training - always active. The swimming pool is peaceful, the air conditioning quite cool, and the shower hot. The location was perfect for me as I like to be close to the action but not in the action. Highly recommend!
