Apartment holiday rentals in Chelsea

This is the second time we have rented from Heather and we would definitely do so again. The view from the deck is stunning. The kitchen is well equipped should one want to prepare meals. The apartment is immaculate! The apartment is quiet and the information sheet provided by the host regarding house rules and information on how to work the coffee maker and tv was extremely thorough. Any questions were answered promptly and courteously. We look forward to renting from Heather again.

Krista’s place is adorable and cozy and in a great location! We had a wonderful time exploring local restaurants and trails during the day and then cozying up in the comfy bed at night. Check-in and out was super easy and Krista was lovely and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay at Jill’s place! Place was super clean and had clearly very new furnishings. The lake is visible from the place even with a house in between. Jill’s place was initially hard to find until I actually read her instructions and reminded myself about what the place looked like. Jill was very friendly and responsive when I asked a couple of questions. Thanks for letting my family and I share your home, Jill!

My friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay here! The host was very friendly and responsive, we had everything we needed and more left in the house for us. We even got to enjoy some tea each night from the kitchen. Our host was very intentional in setting up the house, we truly couldn’t ask for a better stay. We would definitely return for another trip :)

I couldn’t ask for another place to stay at for vacation, it was a nice neighborhood close to all the attractions nearby. Roger also gave us higher quality food and drink contents instead of the cheapest options. Welcoming us in full arms and asked if we ever needed anything. If I was to plan another trip to Maine I would wait and see if Roger’s AirBNB was available. Thank you Roger for the great stay!

We had a great time and we are very satisfied. This place was clean, well put together, convenient, and so comfy we felt at home. The TV even had Disney plus which the kids loved. The park is right around the corner. This Air BNB had everything we needed and then some. I personally like to clean and do laundry so the big washer/dryer was a plus. Had a Walmart order delivered and they found the place with no problem. Nice porch and yard. We felt very safe with our kids (even with autism) thanks to the surveillance system, the cleaning cabinet was locked up which needed a code to be unlocked, and the code that locks/unlocks the door. Ours host/s we’re very responsive even when I thought they wouldn’t be. I highly recommend this space wether you have kids or not if you need a three bedroom, this is it! Make sure to check out the shower head my kids were astonished! Thank you for providing a home away from home I hope this helps for future renters. We are 100% happy with our stay! :)

Comfortable accommodations in a heavenly setting. Spacious. Walkable neighborhood. We stayed in cooler weather and used the gas fireplace for heat. No temperature control on this unit but it can heat the whole guest house.

Linda and Bruce were fabulous host. The walking path down to the trout pond was enjoyable. The views outside were spectacular and you also had a great view from inside. I would definitely stay there again and bring my husband the next time. Thank you Linda and Bruce

Great stay! We took a weekend trip up to coastal Maine and this was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Not far from Brunswick, Boothbay, Freeport, Portland — great location!

My wife & I had a great time in this space! Clean, affordable, detailed, comfy bed, very responsive! Nice safe area where you feel at home the moment you arrive. If we ever come back to Maine, we know where to stay! Only a 30 min drive from Portland & a 15 min walk from Brunswick, lot’s to do & a beautiful walking/running area.

Ann's place was a wonderful experience and fit our needs perfectly. We had the good fortune of meeting Ann when we arrived and what a pleasure it was. Warm and welcoming, it was like seeing an old friend even though we had never met before. Her place, in a quiet neighborhood, is an older house with character and is wonderfully decorated. Cream in the fridge makes you smile. A lot of room to spread out, along with comfortable furniture, made our week there incredible. We didn't want to leave!

Wonderful environment. Great host. Went out of her way to be helpful. Purchased a small styrofoam cooler for us since we are traveling to a lot of locations over a number of weeks. Apartment is immaculate. Everything is labeled. Gave us recommendations for restaurants. Extremely responsive to our requests for information.

Cozy retreat, close to Damariscotta, Pemaquid, Waldoboro, Round Pound, and New Harbor. Great host recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Comfy place to relax after a busy day.

Home is just as listed. Very comfortable, clean, and location was perfect for our needs. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. Can not say enough on how great our stay was.

John and Lucy's place in Lincolnville is a hidden gem, a quiet, enjoyable world of its own. From the dinner table, there is a commanding woodland view, with a meadow rich in wildflowers sitting just in front of you. Down a trail, a few feet from your front door, is the ocean with a gorgeous panarama of sailing boats and distant islands. Sit down and soak up the salty sea air (chairs are provided!). John and Lucy are very welcoming; their cozy abode is well worth a visit - surprise yourself and relax!

The interior space looked just as described. It was clean and it appears that Anima did some work to make it more updated. I slept comfortably and that was most important. The outside of the house could use a little TLC. This was my first time visiting Maine; I was not sure what to expect. Anima is kind and very responsive to messaging. I would definitely stay in any space that she offered in the future.

We had an excellent stay at Nicholas' place! From check in to check out everything was flawless. The property, the house, and our suite was immaculate and so beautiful! So many thoughtful and wonderful amenities. Nicholas and Emily are so nice and a wealth of info and gave us some great suggestions. They answered all of our questions promptly. It's centrally located with easy access to everything in Portland. Highly recommend!

I loved staying here! It was close enough to everything but yet it was secluded. Seeing the wildlife every day when we would leave really lifted our spirits. I 100% would stay here again.

Beautiful, quaint spot! We had a very quick stopover but it was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the road. Would definitely recommend Ren’s place!

141 Studio was perfect for a couple for a few days near downtown Portland. The studio is great. Dan has renovated it in great style. The kitchen was great for our purposes. The layout of the studio was great for our purposes. Having the washer and dryer was extremely helpful and made our 10 day total trip work well. I cannot say enough good things about the studio and Dan's preparation of it. The scale only goes to five, but it is a ten. Thank you Dan.

I can't say enough about this place. Traveling with 4 seniors with mobility problems can be a challenge but Linda was beyond amazing and accommodating. The home had everything you needed and more. I can't wait to be able to come back
