Cottage holiday rentals in Cheltenham

Riverside Cottage was perfect for a restful week away before my operation. The scenery was stunning and the location so peaceful. The dogs were happy as they could could come and go as they pleased as the garden was so secure. Everything you need for a break away was supplied and the host was a message away if you had any queries. The hottub was an added bonus and was made the most of throughout the week!! A most enjoyable break, we will definitely be back

Had a lovely birthday weekend away at Humbug Barn! Amanda was a wonderful host—so welcoming and helpful. The barn itself was beautiful and perfectly located near the Forest of Dean. The views from the hot tub were absolutely stunning. I’d definitely recommend it! xx

A fantastic place to stay. There was absolutely everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfy and the showers excellent. Simon was a great host - very helpful. The Hub next door was very handy - we enjoyed a cold pint once we’d arrived and even took home a cheesecake for later. The hot-tub was also a nice thing to have and was very private. I definitely recommend Simon’s place and would come here again.

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

Beautiful home and very hospitable hosts!

This place is so lovely! Host Meng was so kind, even putting some beautiful flowers in the cottage for my birthday ❤️ the view is spectacular, it's one of the most peaceful places I've been. Hot tub is great fun, the kitchen has got everything you need including washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The bed was comfy, plug sockets everywhere you'd want them and usb sockets. It was great to see how dog friendly the place is with throws for the couch, fenced garden and fixed stairs gates. I highly advise popping into Jolter Press Cider bar/shop and getting some food from the local Chinese takeaway. Also a walk to St Anthony's Well, there's some step incline/declines on the walk there but it's beautiful and you have to take a dip! We also went to the Three Choirs Vineyard that was beautiful and good fun too. I would definitely come back and I think it would be equally beautiful in any season, our summer trip was fantastic but I'd love to see it in autumn or winter too.

Jamie & Dan are very fortunate to have this beautiful property. It is the ideal country location for escaping away and distancing yourself from our increasingly busy lives. The gardens around the property are stunning, the views are incredible and the local area is amazing to explore on foot, bike or by car. We had an amazing stay and would happily return, and have already started to recommend to friends & family

What a wonderful time we had on our honeymoon. Sarah was an incredible host and we had such a warm welcome. Once checked in Sarah was available via text but left us to enjoy our time. The house was really clean and beautifully decorated, it has everything we needed and we were able to cook in the lovely kitchen. There was lots to do around the area including national trusts and plenty of dog walks. The garden and hot tub were bliss and we really felt as though we were on a luxury break. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and very comfortable, and the brightness in the front room and kitchen was so beautiful. We would absolutely return and loved meeting Sarah, would highly recommend this air b&b. It was perfect in every way!

Sue and Tim are both fantastic hosts - warm, vibrant, informative, accommodating and helpful. You are instantly made to feel very welcome. They both seem energetic and fun. The cottage is a well-planned inviting space. The bed is one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. We particularly enjoyed breakfast outside, overlooking the peaceful surroundings. The fresh eggs, milk and bread were an unexpected treat. We made the most of Sue and Tim’s recommendations and had a couple of delightful walks, including one to Miserden. The cottage is perfectly located for a tranquil relaxing time whilst not being too far from various towns. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay

We enjoyed our stay at Catherine’s cottage! Catherine was so responsive, helpful, and so kind throughout our stay. The cottage was absolutely beautiful with very thoughtful touches throughout. Location is perfect, especially for exploring the northern part of the Cotswolds. Our stay coincided with a few hot days, but the cottage was comfortable and Catherine ensured there were fans available to keep the air circulating. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip to the Cotswolds!

Absolute gem of a place in the Cotswolds. Stunning cottage and beautifully maintained which was perfect for our family of five. Victoria was amazing throughout the process and made several extra touches to toast a birthday occasion perfectly. We will 100% be back

We have stayed here before and were not disappointed. The property is always immaculate, attention to detail is superb. We really appreciate the fridge items and fizz, such a lovely homely touch. We are heading back over Christmas. This property has everything you need. We love it and so does Alfie ( the westie)

Thimble cottage is charming and comfortable. Winchcombe is a beautiful town. Susan is a caring and wonderful host. Would definitely stay again.

Three of us stayed at Tudor Cottage over the last weekend, and we could t have been happier. The property gave an immediate sense of cosiness and we felt right at home. The beds were huge and very comfortable, as well as the bathroom being quirky and pristine! The whole place oozed character, which only heightened our Cotswold experience. The Garden was cute and perfect for our dog to have a little run around in. Our stay couldn’t have been better, thank you to Jody for letting us stay in your beautiful home and being on hand if we needed throughout! Will recommend!

Gorgeous house in a beautiful little area. Close to the local pub. Modern with well equipped kitchen

Small and cosy cottage, very clean. Nice kitchen extension, with bright light from the velux windows, which made it a nice place to sit, as being an old cottage with small windows the rest of the rooms were rather dark. Neat patio garden with pretty flowers. Everything well kept. Winchcombe brilliant place to stay if you like walking as there are so many footpaths from the town, highly recommend. Amanda a good host. When the kettle broke she came round the same day with a new one.

We stopped off to break our journey up from Somerset to Yorkshire. What a beautiful cottage with plenty of character and a lovely host 😁 The cottage is a perfect hub for adventuring around the Cotswolds 🌳 - we visited Broadway, Stow, Burton, Upper Slaughter and had a ride on the nearby steam railway 🚂 Will definitely hope to be back in the future.

The photos don't do justice to the beautiful cottage and the lovely views from both the living room as well as the bedroom. The place offered lots of privacy with well kept garden around the cottage for our use. It comes with all amenities as exactly as described and was a perfect place to be away to unwind and be with the nature. The other big benefit is that it is located centrally to most of the attractions or places of interest within the Cotswolds area. So you can venture to any of those areas and be back to rest and relax at this beautiful place. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit Cotswolds area.

We have chosen this location purely to experience countryside lifestyle. The set-up of the house and the appearance made us very comfortable and welcoming. House was well furnished and equipped. Garden was complementing too. All the instructions in the guest book was very clear and useful. There was no need to contact the host to clarify any issues for during entire stay. The prompt responses form the host and her hospitality was great. Very happy to recommend this property and I am happy to book this again.

Had the most lovely stay. Such a special place and village. We met many kind people, ate incredible food, and enjoyed every minute soaking up the scenery. Anne couldn’t have been more kind and considerate. Would recommend the bakery to anyone!

Good, quiet location with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Great to use as a base to stay to visit all the beautiful towns and gardens in the area.

Steph was an amazing host. The house was beautiful, quirky, spotless and a brilliant location in Winchcombe. The most comfortable beds and we loved the shower. The garden is utterly stunning with the most beautiful views of the countryside. I honestly cannot think of a more perfect place to relax and unwind. Lovely stay at Cider Mill Cottage. Had everything we needed for a family of four. Great location, walkable to the village with its pubs/restaurants and tea shops. In walking distance to Sudeley Castle too which was a nice day out. The cottage was clean, spacious and very well stocked. The owners were very responsive too.
