An amazing apartment located in El Cerillo, the oldest barrio in San Cristobal, 10 min walk from the center and 5 min from the famous Our lady de Guadalupe Church. The apartment is on the bottom floor, and has a fully stocked kitchen, a queen bed, full bathroom/shower and a shared terrace that overlooks the skyline of the city center, giving you beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The owners (us) live on the premises with 2 dogs and a cat, in another apartment.

Our host was super friendly and clear with the doubts I had; my only recommendation for those who visit this beautiful cabin is that they review the location well to arrive from the center of San Cristobal and vice versa, since the GPS comes to suggest very narrow and steep paths which can be avoided. Everything else is excellent in every aspect, a destination to which I would return.

One of the most beautiful houses I have ever stayed in, would highly recommend to any future guests. Right in the heart of the city but also very private and secluded inside. Lovely host, attentive and responsive with fabulous amenities like a washer, dryer and cosy fireplace.

Clean and well-located, this guesthouse was ideal for our week of Spanish classes nearby. Our host greeted us on arrival, and communication throughout was prompt and helpful. The room was clean and included a decent workspace, although it wasn't large enough for two people, so one of us had to work at the desk downstairs. Wi-Fi was generally excellent. The shared kitchen was basic but functional; we cooked most of our meals there. The shower water was lukewarm at best, which seems typical in Mexican rentals. We appreciated being given an extra key, though needing a key to keep the bedroom door shut was a nuisance. Sleep was often disturbed by noisy hostel neighbours—no visible sustainability features beyond signs requesting the conservation of water and paper. The area felt safe and was walkable, though footpaths could be narrow and slippery when wet. Overall, it's a good value for money—we'd recommend it, but we wouldn't stay again due to the noise.

The place is beautiful, the photos match the place, the person who received us was very kind and available for whatever we needed, they provided us with extra bedspreads and towels without any problem, which I appreciate; Everything excellent Note: Useful points to know For those who go with small children, it would not be a problem for everyone, but from our experience it was a bit complicated to have the flight deck so close, the stairs of the cabin are not the most accessible.

I greatly enjoyed staying with Rosario’s family! Great kids, quiet, peaceful area with a 20 minute walk to the heart of Centro. Easy, secure parking. I would stay there again.
