The studio is semi-detached, it is located on a closed property with electric gate, several dwellings on the same land but each with its own private space and not overlooked. Total independence. It overlooks a beautiful 50 m2 terrace fully equipped to rest well in peace with a view of the pond accompanied by several ducks, very quiet, relaxation assured. Presence of a very nice and accustomed dog. Lake with supervised swimming in the summer and activities on site 2 km from the studio.

We are located less than 20 km from Chalon-sur-Saône, 10 km from Tournus and 30 km from Cluny via Cormatin and its castle, in the heart of Southern Burgundy at the junction of the vineyards of the Chalonnaise coast and Mâconnais.
