Hummingbird House Utila

Hummingbird House is a beautiful/quaint 2 br home. Accommodations include, parking, WiFi & kitchen. Each Bedroom has a separate entrance (via the outside stairs) both with a Queen Bed, bathroom, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator/microwave, bed linens and towels. A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. Ferry pick up is available upon request.

Coco Cabin#1

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

Coral Gardens

The calm waterfront setting is ideal for swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, or simply unwinding and soaking in Utila’s natural beauty.

Paradise Palms Cabin #1

Relax and enjoy this unique and tranquil Tropical Island Experience. 2 completely furnished Cabins with an amazing Hot Water Shower. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, + lots more. In the living room there’s a comfortable sectional sofa with coffee table, wifi and smart TV with preloaded apps and cable channels. Enjoy the outdoor Palapa and BBQ pit for those special events. At the back of the cabin there’s an amazing outdoor hot water shower.

Bluebird's Nest - 5 minute walk to center of town

Conveniently located near 3 grocery stores. 7 min walk from ferry dock and 20 min walk from public beach. The house sits on a shady private yard with many trees including mango, nance/craboo, guinep, banana, and a breadfruit tree. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Electricity is paid separately for stays 1 month or longer. Parties are not allowed in the house or on the premises nor are any guests not listed on the booking.

Upper Lagoon apartment

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located at the entrance of the Upper Lagoon at the foot of the bridge. Across the street from the Odyssey Resort TankD dive center and next door to the UDC Marina. A short walk away from 5 dive shops. The popular Bando Beach with its bar and restaurant is a short walk away. The grounds are spacious and are colorful and are gated with dusk to dawn security lighting.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.
