Nice apartment and great location

Very nice accommodation, well located, 3-4'walk to shops and 20' walk to the beach. Excellent communication with Claire during the stay. Accommodation where dogs are allowed (even if mine did not come in the end) which I greatly appreciated. The ping pong table was a real plus for teenagers. The kitchen is not sufficiently equipped for my taste (pots, teapot, etc.), but it is easy to improve. We'll probably be back

Very good week at Michèle's in Barneville. The location, the accommodation, the bedding, the kitchen, no complaints everything is perfect, just like at home. We'll be back at Michèle's without hesitation.

Communication was very good, even though we couldn't talk much with our hosts, each being busy with their own occupations. Thank you for helping us with the towels, not provided. Great well planned studio in great location.

Very nice hostess. Excellent location close to the sea. Postcard view. Well-appointed apartment. However, a small downside: the sound insulation from the apartment above. But it remains very bearable. Rental to highly recommend. And thank you for the attention of the cupcakes offered on arrival and for the help provided at the end of the stay.

Beautiful apartment located opposite the channel of the port of Carteret with a breathtaking view of the sea.

We as a family felt very comfortable here. It was clean, tidy and everything necessary was available. The place is absolutely quiet. The sights are all easily accessible. For our 18-month-old boy, a baby bed, high chair and dishes were even provided. The 6-year-old was absolutely thrilled with the horses and the stable work with Lisa on the farm. If it were up to her, we'd come every year. We can recommend the accommodation with the best of our conscience!

Very functional apartment and perfectly located opposite the sea and next to small shops!

We really enjoyed Catherine's apartment for its brightness and location in front of the port and close to the seaside where we could walk in the evening with our dog at sunset. It is also close to shops but at the same time quiet. In addition, it is very well located because we were able to visit the landing beaches close by as well as Mont Saint Michel about 1.5 hours away and the tip of Cotentin.

Super apartment, well stocked, comfy bed, pleasant outlook. Ideally situated for exploring the coast and the D-day landing beaches.

The flat has a very high standard throughout. The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, large fridge, freezer, dish washer, toaster, microwave, oven. There are plenty of pots & pans, even large ones. Plenty of dishes and cutlery. We did not miss anything. The bathroom is modern with a large shower and towel warmer. Toilet is in a separate room. Everything was spotlessly clean. We particularly liked the comfortable couch, the large dining table & the many large windows. With heating on full (it was fairly cold) it was comfortably warm inside. We had missed the information that towels & linen were not provided. That was quickly fixed by Louis wife (for 20€). The lift to take us to the first floor was very welcome as the stairs are a bit tight to climb with suitcases. Easy off-street parking even for an SUV. The location of the flat is good with a view of the harbour and the oyster banks at the edge of the town centre. There are 2 bakeries in 5 minute walking distance.

It is conveniently located for visiting the landing beaches as well as other places in this beautiful region. The place is quiet and a short walk to the beach. The village is lovely. Everything is close by. During a future stay in Normandy we will return without hesitation.
