There is cold water during power outages, the Internet is available without electricity, individual gas heating and a heated floor (kitchen, bathroom, corridor). The apartment warms up quickly after the power is restored. Quiet, comfortable, neighbors are calm. Nearby coffee shops, mini-market, ATB (7 min), Nova Poshta, clean drinking water.

Mykolaiv Terraces - Hut on the Top

The terrace of the cottage on the top offers an amazing view of the slopes of Mykolaivka and our estate, Mykolaivski Terasy. This is the first Ukrainian house that we have restored. A house with all modern comforts. There is a dining room on-site. Bicycles are freely available, and you can reach the Ros River in 20 minutes by bike. Each house is decorated with ceramic works by our incredible friends and artists - David Sharashidze and Gia Miminoshvili. Come visit us if you want to relax simply and comfortably!

We invite you to our cozy house. Here you can relax from the city bustle and enjoy harmony with nature. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: Amenities: Wi-Fi, heating (electric heater and wood stove) and a separate kitchen within a minute's access. Toilet and shower in a separate building in 20-30 seconds. Recreation area: courtyard with barbecue and open kitchen with refrigerator. Surroundings: Eco-canping Krucha, nearby hills, forest, Dnipro and walking routes.

Imagine: the morning begins with a cup of coffee on the terrace, where only the singing of birds is heard. During the day you go to the forest for mushrooms. You will find an ancient cozy clay hut, with a alternate roof, in 2 rooms. It is decorated with ancient living quarters that you get to know and get a lot of information about the lifestyle of our ancestors. It also has a kitchen with a living room and a modern bathroom.

MAZANKAetnoHome

MAZANKA is situated in Soshnikiv (55km from Kiev).It is the family run rural EtnoHome with traditional old outbuilding which we renovated from the inside and turn it into guesthouse with two bedrooms - quadruple and double. The EtnoHome is run in ways that minimise waste and maximise recycling. We have bicycles and two foldable kayaks - triple and double + kid for rent. You may have breakfast and dinner here. Welcome!

A quiet cozy space for a family or a group of up to 10 people in the picturesque village of Halepya, Kyiv region. It is possible to stay with animals for a separate surcharge, subject to the rules of safety and care (walking animals in the flowerbed areas is prohibited!) The owners live in a separate house on the premises.
