Прекрасная, большая и очень уютная квартира. Сам комплекс идеально подходит для проживания с детьми, так как есть детские площадки и магазин на территории. Хозяи очень приветлив и всегда на связи по всем вопросам. Я однозначно рекомендую

Велика простора квартира з високою стелею, гарним але старим паркетом, що скрипить та дверима. Доволі круті сходи підʼїзду. Зручні ліжко та диван, чиста свіжа білизна і багато подушок, укомплектована кухня, є кулер з водою та все для куховарства. Велика кількість рушників👍🏻 Зовсім недалеко до пішохідної вулиці О.Кобилянської з магазинчиками та ресторанами, близько до залізничного вокзалу. Чітка інструкція щодо індивідуального заселення.

A very comfortable place to stay, the view from the dining area was a real treat for the eyes. Vitalli was very responsive to any questions. I stayed for 6 weeks and I enjoyed the apartment very much. Good WiFi speeds and numerous TV channels. Supermarkets are nearby, plus there's adequate parking right outside the building. A good choice for staying in Chernivtsi.

Great place. Everything was clean and well prepared for us. Amazing. A cleaner would come every few days to clean the space, and that was also amazing. The apartment is new and located in an excellent area, near two major shopping centres and a large mall. Not super close to the city centre, but you are a few minutes by car away.

Excellent host, and thank you for the smooth check-in. I booked this for my mom at the last minute because her arrival time has changed. I was worried that my mom would struggle to find the place, and I was in a different time zone, but the host greeted her, taking all my worries away. The place was lovely! Thank you!

We have stayed here several times and always look for first when staying in Chernivtsi. The apartment is huge with large bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, enclosed balconies and hallway. The apartment has both a washer and a dryer! We have stayed in three apartments within this building and each have been excellent. This apartment is extraordinary because of the size, being on the top floor and corner building apartment (lots of windows), views of a well-used football (soccer) field and local mall. We love having the two air conditioners. Wi-Fi is quick and many TV channels. We are amazed the apartment is rented for short term, but would be an excellent extended apartment stay. Thanks to the owner for making it available.

We have stayed at multiple apartments Oleksander offers and they are all excellent. As we were arriving, Oleksander told us the city water was out, would be back on at 7am the next morning, and he had provided several containers of water--water came on at 7am as advertised.

Дякую Лілії за їі чудову оселю. Інструкції чіткі, заселення та виселення самостійно в зручний для нас час. При заселені нас уже чекала тепла квартира, все чисто і охайно, всі необхідні речі в квартирі є. Тихе і зручне місце розташування. Лілія завжди в швидкому доступі на зв’язку. Окреме дякую за залишену водичку, цукерочки та книгу про місто Чернівці. Зручно як удома, рекомендую. Рада, що потрапила саме на це житло 👍🏼

Квартира знаходиться у центрі міста, поруч площа с фонтаном , до вулиці Ольги Кобилянської хвилин сім,усі цікаві місця розташовані поруч.

Its a very bright, comfy and homy place. Alsways filled me with joy to see the skyline and views over the city. it was quite and easy to get to the downtown. Has a nice vibe. I really enjoyed my stay here

Максимально оптимальний варіант помешкання в плані ціна/якість. Прибрано та підготовлено під заселення. На кухні є базовий посуд. Вцілому було доволі зручно

Чудове і зручне розташування помешкання, в 10/15ти хв ходьби від центральної частини міста. Квартира простора і чиста. Рекомендую.

Все сподобалось, особливо локація квартири.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Dmitriy's place. He warmly greeted us upon our arrival and our stay was delightful. The forest entrance directly in front of the apartment was of great convenience for us and our dog (who loved it). We highly recommend Dmitriy's apartment when you visit Chernivtsi.

Жильё отличное, находится в центре города. Хозяйка Вероника очень отзывчивая и добрая девушка.

Неймовірна квартира в самому туристичному центрі, посередині пішоходної вулиці. Поруч кращі кавʼярні, ресторани, книжові крамниці тощо. Продуктові магазини також поруч. В сусідньому будинку Краєзнавчий музей, дууже рекомендую відвідати. Помешкання цілком відповідає розкішній локації - простора трикімнатна квартира з двома окремими спальнями, ліжка просто королевські! Прекрасно мебльована, є все необхідне, все працює, атмосфера квартири найчудовіша що я зустрічала. Дуже вдячні хазяєвам за можливість відчути себе бажаним гостем у незнайомому місті! Хочемо приїхати ще раз)

Στο σπίτι του κυρίου Παύλου,φιλοξενήθηκαν οι γονείς μου...Έχουν μείνει πάρα πολύ ενθουσιασμένοι και από το σπίτι και από την τοποθεσία..Ήταν ένα καθαρό διαμέρισμά, στο κέντρο της πόλης σε πολύ ήσυχη συνοικία,σε λογική τιμή ...Ο κύριος Παύλος, είναι ένας εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος...Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία..!!

Unfortunately, I was unable to make my trip. However my dreams of my stay were amazing. In the future they will be manifest, and i will vist a whole Ukrainian, free from their aggression. Sending my love, Wendy
