It is only 80 meters from the coast and is suitable for romantic holidays, families with up to 2 children or max. of 4 adults. It is practical and well organized at an area of 60+ m². The organization of the apartment allows you to have relaxing open air breakfast/lunch at sun or under a solid shade. The gardens and the pool are very well maintained.

Насладете се на звуците на природата, когато отсядате в това уникално място.Караваната се намира на тихо и изолирано от града място. В непосредствена близост е заведението "При Томата" Шум от заведението няма, но затова пък ще се засичате с гостите, така че няма да сте абсолютно сами. След 11-12 вечерта единствено щурците ще разсейват тишината.Плажът е на 100м от караваната, изключително тих и слънчев залив с Най-Красивите залези в тази част на черноморието.Можете да прекарате вечерта там!

Very cute and cozy place, spotlessly clean, located in a quiet and beautiful resort very close to the beach (1 min walking). You have all the necessary amenities inside, a terrace with a view to the inner part of the aparthotel. It is placed on the best side of Chernomorets -- not in the busy center, but still close enough (like 4-5 mins walking) to the main street with the restaurants. Maria is a great host and she was extremely responsive.

As expected we had a great time. We were a group of 8 people, the house is spacious, everything matched the description, it was very clean and Tzoni is a great host. Location is also great - in the heart of the town. There are couple of beach options in walking distance. Gradina & Kavaci are nearby (10-15 minutes drive). Great overall experience.

This place is in a great location has access to two beaches and 5 pools. The house was perfect for us to have as a home base. We are really easy to please and the hot water was a plus as we had 4 people showering. The host was amazing to communicate with and checked in on during the stay.

The place is just like the pictures, very beautiful, in a clean and friendly complex with pool and greenery. We were excellently welcomed by Maria who showed us around the apartment. The location is convenient and close to one of thenicest beaches in the area, Garden. We would definitely come back again. Clean, tidy, cozy, everything you need for a good time by the sea.
