Excellent stay, cosy little place that we wish we had the time to have enjoyed more. Would absolutely stay again if we were in the area. Donna was really responsive and helpful and made everything clear amd easy to follow :).

A wonderful stay even better than expected! Such a lovely place in a beautiful setting the perfect countryside escape. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the Annex had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. My two children absolutely loved it and are now dreaming of living on a farm! The thoughtful touches like cereal, milk, and coffee waiting for us on arrival really made it feel like a home away from home. Looking forward to returning soon if this little gem is still available!

Our brief stay in 'The Jockey Room' fulfilled all the criteria. A very convenient bolthole following an event Peckforton Castle. Sue recommended a friendly and efficient taxi company to take us there and back, cosy surroundings on our return in the evening and the ingredients for a good breakfast this morning. Thank you.

The Bothy was beautifully designed and decorated to the highest standard. The bedding and towels were of a superior quality. The shower room was immaculate and modern - as was the whole Bothy. Parking is off road. We loved the terrace which looked over the fields and allowed us to sit / read and just enjoy the peace and beauty of the location. The Host had provided a comprehensive guide to the Bothy and the surrounding area: detailed walks, locations of pubs and cafes etc. There was welcome pack and lots of treats on arrival. The family were very welcoming and made the stay memorable. I would highly recommend this accommodation; the host has thought through what is required for a superior and luxurious stay. Waking up to birdsong, breakfast on the terrace , coffee at a local farm , a trip to a local village, a long evening walk and maybe a drink at the local pub and then the luxury of the Bothy accommodation - just perfect.

Tom and Lucinda's airbnb was perfect for our stay, whilst visiting the area. It was absolutely faultless in terms of cleanliness and we really appreciated the fast responses before and during our stay from both hosts with any queries. Lucinda and Tom were very friendly, accomodating and nothing was too much trouble. Stunning views and peaceful. Attention to detail was great and we loved the token gestures and extras. The place was cosy at night too. If anything the photos don't do it justice, it was even more lovely and spacious than we expected! The children enjoyed the family games and the hot tub was a great temperature too. We wished we were staying for more than one night and would definitely come back. Highly recommend! Thank you! 😀

Ash couldn’t have been more helpful during the run-up to our stay and the stay itself. The communication was clear and answered all of our questions. On the day of check-in, Ash was really helpful and provided detailed information for how to check in. The place itself is lovely, quiet, spotless and had everything and more than we required

What an amazing find! The location is absolutely beautiful – a perfect escape from the busyness of everyday life. It was such a joy to switch off and truly relax here. Everything was spotless and so well thought-out – all the little touches really made a big difference and showed how much care has gone into the place. We felt instantly at home. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation, I have stayed here 3 times which I think speaks volumes. Everything need for a stay if working or exploring the Stoke area. James and Sian are fabulous hosts. Remotely put the heating on so I can back to it being cosy warm. Definitely recommend.

10/10. Amazing accommodation and amazing host! Fabulous location, peaceful but within a short reach of lots of walks, shops, restaurants, etc. The cottage was amazing - spotlessly clean, high quality fixtures, fittings and furniture. Very comfortable bed. Lots of nice touches and good quality products provided (shower gels, cleaning equipment, etc) and an amazing luxury hamper with lots of goodies along with milk and eggs from a local farm. Louise was very accommodating and responsive, always on hand to help but she has thought of and provided everything needed, even down to a pair of slippers.. which came in handy as I'd forgotten mine! Highly recommended, and I've already done so to a few friends. Thank you Louise for a lovely little getaway and I'm sure I'll be back!

If you are attending a Delamere Forest concert and needing somewhere walking distance …. This is the place! In fact, if you are looking for somewhere that’s peaceful, stunning and an environment to stop and be present …. Claire & Nick’s place is for sure the one! Beautiful, clean .. everything exactly ‘what’s said on the tin’ super comfy bed and lovely amenities. We will be back ❤️❤️

Georgia was super super lovely and the place and area was beautiful. Georgia always responded within minutes and had great recommendations.

The feathered nest is a lovely small annex with all the home comforts the hosts Linsey and Tim also Sasha the dog were very welcoming and friendly thanks for letting us stay

Always a good peaceful place to stay as usual. Has become my goto location when in Manchester.

Full marks for Sarah and her property. Sarah is the perfect person to run an air B&B, such an interesting lady, her interaction was perfect just as and when we needed it to be. The accommodation was pure class and no scrimping on the fixtures and fittings especially the uber comfy bed. We had been to Nantwich before and used air B&B but this time it was far superior, no hesitation in going back or to recommend this accommodation to friends or family or anyone asking for places to stay. Good luck with all your bookings Sarah long may you keep hosting. Loved that Sarah was a fellow Virgo, ( they are such perfectionists) just wished we lived nearer to visit more often for that village style break that we were so lucky to enjoy this weekend. Just perfect.

We had a fantastic stay, enjoyed the house and all it had to offer! Beautiful house and surroundings! Had a lovely relaxing break, house had everything you needed and lots of little extras which made the stay very easy! Hosts were fantastic and we all felt very welcomed! Will definitely be back.
