Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Chester County

This place is a MUST STAY. This was by far the best house I’ve stayed in so far. It was very clean, welcoming, and had lots of things provided. Everything was labeled well and easy to find and use. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

I feel lucky to have discovered "White Oak Retreat" for our 3-night visit to Lancaster to celebrate my son's engagement. Our group, which included four generations aged 3 to 84, all had a wonderful time. It was impeccably clean and well-stocked. We couldn't have asked for a better Stay, and Lindsay is an amazing host.

We stayed at the Harvey House for 16 a little over 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. Shalamar was an excellent host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including toddler-friendly items like plates, bowls, and utensils, which was a big plus for our family. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-stocked home away from home. Thank you, Shalamar!

We stayed at Elmer’s place for only one night. But it was definitely worth it and will be coming back for a longer period of time next time. We haven’t had the chance to use the firepit since it was raining. However, all the other amenities were well-kept and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Elmer is very nice and responsive host. We visited one of the restaurants she recommended (Agapē), everything was so delicious. I’d definitely recommend this place for a getaway.

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. My family had a wonderful time at Annette’s homestead. Our boys loved catching the fireflies at night, and eating the berries in the garden. Our family loved being able to walk the trail as well! Inside the house was extremely clean and cozy. It had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. Thank you so much, Annette!

great, great stay!!!!! encountered an AC issue (no fault of owner, it was just really hot). the hosts were super responsive and had someone out at night to fix! a+ in my book!!! can't wait to stay again

The house was lovely and just as described. We rented the house for a girls' weekend away and it was a great fit for the six of us. The house was well appointed with everything we needed and there was plenty of space. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard in the morning with our coffee.

Melanie has created a really nice space - comfortable, pretty, with a lot of nice details (including some very welcomed snacks and toiletries). And easy walk to everything. I recommend both this air BnB and Phoenixville, which is right on the Schuylkill River bike trail.

For one quick night it was a nice quiet stay. Owners were quick to respond and very informative. We will definitely be staying here again hopefully in the near future.

Aaron's home was in a beautiful location and had a peaceful surroundings.. It was close to a wedding venue so we could hear that when we were outside but not while we were inside. We met Aaron and his dog on our way back from a walk with our dog. Aaron was very friendly and gave us some tips about different things in the area. We would definitely stay here again the next time we go to that area.

Very clean. Easy access. Quiet neighborhood. Host was helpful and accommodating. Parking was a big plus for us. Two bedrooms was also a nice positive.

Harry’s place was great. It was exactly as described, and met my needs perfectly will definitely stay again.
