Shepherd hut -secluded riverside location

Our isolated shepherd’s hut is a cosy place with a large spacious shower and a comfortable king size bed. Recently fitted yet with some antique features. It has a private river view with its own private picnic table on the river too. There is a large garden area and private mooring. A porch area at the front and a cosy kitchen area to relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee...we provide toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave and there’s a fire pit on request and a local Tesco very close by.

A self contained 1 bedroom loft apartment - luxurious kingsize bed, fast Wifi & great for working from home. A 10 min cycle into central Cambridge or a 15 min bus ride. Very close to the Science Park & business park, shared access via stairs with family home but the attic space is all yours. Also free off road parking is provided. Close to good pub & local store plus free Netflix! This is a self contained apartment the stairs are shared with the family.

You will enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. 2 bicycles included in the price (to borrow). We will provide towels and basic cooking essentials. The house is based in a very quiet area but still with easy access to the centre of town and to science Park. Cambridge North railway station is less than a mile away. We always clean properly however the property has old wooden floors which may look a bit shabby. The annexe was built in the 90s.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located accommodation which is to a 10 minute walk from the centre of Cambridge. There are also lots of local restaurants and bars to relax. You have off street parking. The annexe is self contained with a shower room and kitchen, high speed WIFI and garden to relax in. We are less than 100m's from the River Cam and many local parks.
