Designated parking with private entrance. Local shops and country pubs (The Reddan and The Wagon) in walking distance and highly recommended.

The Historic Masbury Station Signal Box, originally built in 1874 has now been sympathetically restored and converted to create an idyllic, remote getaway. Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. House rules: Quiet time and 10pm end time on hot tub. A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

Harptree Hideaway

Harptree Hideaway is close to historic Bath, vibrant Bristol and Wells with its Cathedral and Bishops Palace. We are very close to Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. We are surrounded by fabulous pubs and places to visit e.g Chew Valley Lake, famous for its bird watching. East Harptree is a beautiful village with lovely walks and woods accessible straight from the door. The apartment is of a high standard with separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge/kitchen. It is spacious, comfortable and cosy.

A converted stone-built barn, Rose Barn is a self-contained detached property with own entrance and private south-facing garden on the grounds of Grade II listed cottage surrounded by countryside conveniently situated on the edge of the village of Gurney Slade, just few miles of the remarkable cathedral city of Wells and the beautiful Mendip Hills, with easy access to historic Bath, Glastonbury, Frome and Bristol. There are many stunning National Trust houses and gardens to visit nearby.

The Ox House is a converted milking parlor that has been lovingly restored to a high-quality. Self-contained with a large kitchen, dining area, lounge with log burner and comfortable beds, you couldn't possibly wish for more. We offer a variety of amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. We are a family run smallholding with alpacas, donkeys, sheep, and chickens and are able to offer advice and ideas on where to go and what to see during your stay in Somerset.

A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).
