On the first floor you can access it by an internal spiral staircase or by an external stone staircase. Here is the bedroom with panoramic balcony. Near the entrance there is a private space with stone table. A parking space in the courtyard, small garage closed for bikes or motorcycles, free public parking a few meters away.

The house is located in the village of Rore, at an altitude of 900 meters, in Valle Varaita. It enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains and is surrounded by nature. It has a private garden, enjoys extreme tranquility and there are a total of 4 places. Rore is a village with a rich history; here, there is a culturally significant center where exhibitions on local tradition are often held.
