Excellent, I would stay again, it meets the goal, proximity to the crowded places.

Excellent place to rest and go for leisure or work. Very responsive, nice place. Everything has air conditioning that was very good and the amenities are excellent. It is not on the street but next to and in front of a park so to access with disabled people or older adults it will be difficult. If not, it's a great spot.

It is a quite comfortable place with lots of privacy, very nice and in a prime location.

Apartment with everything you need to rest, they leave towels, soaps, kitchen items (what you need to prepare something). Shared garage, but clearly divided. Very clear instructions and notices in the apartment

Chris surprised me with the place. I thought it was small, and had no expectations. Flowers and plants all around, a talkative and full of generosity of Chris that shared the sunset, a beer and life experience, made me feel safe, comfortable and happy. He will do some changes to the place and I’m sure it will be lovely. I love the neighborhood!! I fully recommend it, will visit it again, and will love to see Chris again. Thanks for sharing the better room with me and the great views!!

The apartment is nice and large enough to feel like home. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and is very comfortable. Internet works great. There is a beautiful park named “La Pólvora” (The powder) about 3 minutes walking distance in case you like running or exercise. I strongly recommend this place. The price was also great. We had a great time, we liked how clean and tidy the apartment is, it's just as shown in the photos. Maybe the only thing missing would be fans in the common area. We went in the hot season and at times it was too hot in that part in the mornings. But other than that, highly recommended!

The place is very well connected, easy to get anywhere from there. The spaces are spacious, well-lit, and the decor is tasteful. The whole apartment is air-conditioned, it has all the almost new furniture of very good quality. Communication with the managers is fluid, they are super attentive to resolve any situation. The parking lot is closed, you can leave the vehicle without having any worries. A few steps away there is a very large park to go for a jog or walk the dog. The only thing that could be improved but does not depend on them at all, is that there is no convenience store nearby so it is necessary to order for Uber eats.

Great place, 100% recommended. Beautiful apartment with garden views and city views, great private patio area too. Very clean, quiet, private, a lot of sunlight. Cleaning service includes weekly sheets, towels and etc. changing, Also optional room cleaning. WiFi is super good for working remote. Well furnitured kitchen and spacious. Lots of hot water and water pressure. No dog barking, no street noise. We even got welcome gifts! Location is awesome. Convenient surroundings, bakery, frutas y veduras, cheese, tiendas, barbershop, agua station, and laundry, all in the same street or around the corner or just one block away. Around 5 min. Walk from ADO bus station, 8 min. Walk to the center, 12 min. walk to a mountain view and city view church, 15 min. walk to the SEDEM (a huge sport complex). Ana is responsive and helpful. We definitely return.

The attention from the host was quick and efficient, we resolved the reservation in a short time despite the times, I recommend the place since it is warm, private, very careful, the comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and with hot water, the kitchen is very complete. My daughters love the detail of a functional typewriter, for them it was something new, since everything is pc today. The garden is small but beautiful.

Excellent room if you're looking to go and enjoy a few days in Palenque. Very clean and nice. Highly recommended.

excellent place , to stay, the place is very clean , the host is very friendly and attentive, 10 minutes from Plaza amber ,exit to chiapa de corso y san cristobal de las casa, the only thing that there is only a store nearby ,but the nearest oxxo is 5 minutes away by car , it has parking, and the place looks safe .. I recommend it
