Outside, you will find terrace, garden, table under the trees, hammock to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. In summer, under the terrace, we have set up a nice little corner for your nap or your aperitif ... Winter or summer? Here, nature's bath is guaranteed whatever the season!

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Eleonora's house is tastefully furnished and ideal for accommodating families (a baby cot and a changing table can be added on request). It is spread over two floors and has a large, open-plan kitchen that guests can use. It has a large terrace, a garden and a lawn where a swimming pool is placed in summer. You can easily park your car. It is in a very quiet and sunny area, but convenient to services.
