Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

Despite being an oasis of peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city (the structure is in fact entirely surrounded by woods), from the farm you can reach in about 20 minutes by car: Lucca and its architectural beauties, Pisa and its leaning tower and Viareggio and the sea of Versilia!

On the other side of the house are a dining room, equipped kitchen, a third double bedroom and a full bathroom.

This marvellous position offers a unique landscape. It’s the perfect place for those families looking for a safe open space for their children.

The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom.
