It is modern, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. Located in a quiet and peaceful area with no surrounding noise, it was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Every amenity listed in the description was available and in great condition, making it feel just like home. One of the standout features was the garage parking. It was a convenient and valuable bonus, especially if you're traveling with a car. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip. We loved staying in this building and area. Don’t sleep on the amenities - the skydeck and lounge are really nice. Easy parking nearby w spothero. If you’re up for walking, it’s doable to walk to The Chicago Theatre or downtown. Good communication w hosts via the Kasa link they send you.

Our stay in Evanston was great! The apartment is close to all of downtown Evanston, the Metra, and the L. Also easy access to NU. Everything was just as it says and the free underground parking is a HUGE plus!

Planned a trip to Chicago for a weekend get away and Michael’s house did not disappoint. Free parking with unlimited parking passes, probably the most friendly/sweet neighbors you’ll find and just a very beautiful home 100% recommend very close to the green line train which we used to get to the loop every day book this house before it’s gone!

I can't recommend this Airbnb enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The place was not only extremely clean, but also beautifully decorated with a very welcoming atmosphere. The space is also very spacious, which was a huge plus. The host was incredible, super kind and helpful. There’s so many restaurant and fun bars in the area so there was always something to do on our down time. Thanks again Will for sharing your amazing space!

Wendy and Matt's place was comfortable and homey. The location was great, the apartment comfortable, and we had essential amenities. The building is mid-century modern and designed by famed architect Harry Weese that incorporates thoughtful references to Chicago architectural history throughout while still remaining visually cohesive. One minor issue is the stove, which is electric and somewhat underpowered. It's good enough for minor work like breakfast or heating leftovers but you may struggle producing more elaborate meals. It was a very minor quibble but worth noting for those culinarians wanting to prepare their own meals. The oven is decent but there is only one. Overall, my stay was excellent and I recommend Wendy and Matt's place wholeheartedly. They are excellent hosts as well.

Planned a weekend trip with our daughters and their partners to Chicago. Loved this location being outside of the city but very conveniently located to public transit. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of room for 6 adults. A perk was the driveway parking space for our car. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again when visiting Chicago!

This place was a total hit for our Chicago trip to see Kendrick Lamar! The infrared sauna was a hit, and the area was super chill with plenty of parking. The decor was awesome too - it was full of geeky stuff that we both loved. My partner and I were convinced the decorator could be our friend. The bookshelf downstairs had some really cool books that we didn’t even know existed. We’ll definitely check this place out again when we come back.

Great home and location. Safe neighborhood, walkable to restaurants, shopping, beach. Home was clutter free, clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of supplies for duration of stay (fresh towels, blankets, paper products, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) Rooftop deck with nice view. Host was very responsive with any questions and communicated well. House was perfect size for our group of 6. We appreciate Rasheed making our stay perfect! Will stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was roomy, cozy, and super comfortable. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated, with a charming backyard and deck that made it feel extra special. The bedrooms were each uniquely themed and absolutely gorgeous, and the beds were incredibly comfy—everyone slept like a dream. The water pressure in the shower was perfect, and the hosts were kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-kept spot to unwind!

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and any instructions you might need seem to appear just when you need them. The house itself is cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable. To future guests, make sure to spend some time in the beautiful backyard. Whether you’re sipping a drink, reading a book, or simply having a chat, it’s a lovely, peaceful spot that adds something special to the stay.

Great location, clean and most important affordable.

We had a wonderful stay at Rafal's place. The house we large, had many bathrooms, a nice big kitchen and an awesome deck that we spent a lot of time on. We had one minor issue pop up and Rafal was immediately responsive and remedied the situation right away. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood near many shops, restaurants and transportation. I would definitely stay with Rafal again!

Josh's property was a great fir for our trip. I will book again when we come back out.

Our stay was perfect and I would definitely stay again! We hosted a small dinner for my mom’s memorial service and they were very accommodating. There was plenty of space for everyone and the location was great. All the amenities were top notch and the decor was amazing. We felt right at home and I’ve referred people to stay.
