The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

The Boutique Hideaway is close enough for convenience but far enough away to enjoy a quiet restful experience making this the perfect base to enjoy what the island has to offer.

'Millefleurs' is located in the middle of the island so all the wonderful things the Island has to offer are but a short walk, drive or cycle. Come and enjoy the fresh air, seascape, relax, water sports. You can expect a warm welcome from Philip or Claudi who will be on hand during your stay should you need them.

Be energised to walk , swim or partake in local water sports. Or choose to relax , sit and listen to the waves , watch the sun set in the lovely coastal garden with ample seating for social gatherings. The ground floor has been designed to offer an almost self contained area ideal for older family members .

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

A tranquil retreat for two, Salterns Loft is a first-floor apartment equipped to a high standard. It is accessed through a separate entrance and up a spiral staircase. The large open-plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen and bi-fold doors opening onto a Juliet Balcony with great views over an extensive garden to Chichester Harbour, Tournerbury Woods and the South Downs beyond. Beautifully restored and super cosy, it combines original features with modern comfort, including exposed brick, oak floors, a log burner, two ensuite bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Guests often mention the peaceful setting and thoughtful touches. With an acre of garden, woodland to explore and walks from the door, it’s a place where families and friends come together and many return.
