The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!

Attached is a dining room and large, well equipped kitchen. Just up the hill from a great BBQ joint and bakery. WE NOW HAVE AC!
