Forest Refuge / La Bécassine

La Bécassine is a small wooden mini-house. Heated by a wood-burning stove, equipped for a stay in the forest. Running water (summer), drinking water container (winter), no electricity, lantern and candle light, butane stove for cooking, basic dishes and saucepan, bedding, double bed in the mezzanine, dry toilet outside. La Bécassine is a 5-7 minute walk to the parking lot. Beautiful brightness, nice view surrounded by trees. Quiet and stargazing.

Enjoy a large wooded lot bordered by a pretty little lake (without motor) a beautiful walk in the trails behind the chalet , snowshoeing in winter. Also ideal for snowmobilers, federated trails accessible via a small private path on our property.(I can provide you with 4 pairs of rackets in babiche on request.)
