Located just 13 minutes from Valinouet and 15 minutes from Chicoutimi, access to the mountain bike and snowmobile trails is easy.

Enjoy a large wooded plot bordered by a pretty small lake (without motor) and a beautiful walk in the trails behind the cottage, snowshoeing in winter. Also great for snowmobilers and mountain bikers with direct access to Trail 367. (I can provide 4 pairs of snowshoes on request.)
