Compact cottage has a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, twin air mattress, indoor seating and outdoor picnic area. We have a few friendly alpacas, chickens, dogs, and assorted birds. Well cared for pets welcome, property is fully fenced. Great place to stay to explore the springs, go antiquing, or check out Gainesville's food, music and fun.

Bring your boat, the boat ramp is less than 1 mile down the road from our driveway. We have two cabins on site and an open air Treehouse. Great for group gatherings.

There is a public boat ramp about 1.4 miles down the road. There are kayaks for you to use. You may use the neighbor's beach to launch the kayaks more easily.
