Patresi, where the apartment is located, is a very small town suitable for those who want to discover the lesser-known and less frequented Elba. Considering that there is no grocery store on site, you need to go to nearby towns (5 minutes by car) to buy fresh bread and milk, while the supermarkets are in Marciana Marina and Marina di Campo (30 minutes by car). The road is always panoramic and the sunsets are priceless. Free linen is provided to motorcyclists.

Casa Luna – Elba Island

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Luna apartment is on the ground floor of a house in the historic center of the village of St. Ilario. Its ancient walls make it particularly cool in summer. Completely renovated at the beginning of 2024, it is equipped with everything you need to spend a stay close to nature, 10 minutes from the beaches and 5 from the gates of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park with various hiking and cycling trails.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
