Newly built, squeaky clean apartment at a great location. Friendly and polite host. It's a no brainer, i highly recommend it.

Had an amazing stay at Rashmi's place! The space was big and clean. However, the amenities were a bit limited—one of the bathrooms was under construction, and the kitchen had very few essentials. Apart from that, everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend it to everyone. :)

The communication was very clear throughout. The host recommended many great local places and was very thoughtful — they took into account that there was a child in our group and tailored suggestions accordingly. They were also very responsive and helpful at all times. The place itself felt like home — warm, welcoming, and very clean. We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, spacious and exactly as described. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Kalaseshwara temple. Our host Arun and family live next door and were very responsive. He also helped us with the Horanadu temple visit. Overall, a fantastic experience -- would definitely stay again!

Very peaceful stay, Sachin was always available on phone for any help needed. Had flexible check in and check out.

I booked this place for family stay and it turned out exactly as per my expectations. This is beautiful apartment with an amazing view. Got safe place for parking. Host connected us to the caretaker who was always responsive. You have good restaurants in 2-3 kms range with few eateries nearby by. Very peaceful and my family really enjoyed the stay. A definite recommendation.

This property is situated very close to the centre. Has a beautiful view of the peak, food deliveries work great. Mr Sufiyan was too kind and was available for us each and every time we needed help with. He went above and beyond his time to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The property is huge, very well maintained, a lot of natural sunlight, recently renovated. The pictures don't justify the same, you need to visit this place. The place is great. The whole house to yourself. The host and caretaker went out of there way to help us. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed one night in the Bright house. It’s not a fancy place. But if you enjoy a rustic villa all to yourself …. This is a right place. The house has all the basic amenities and the property including the surrounding garden / external area is immaculately kept . In addition, if you like bird watching, you would love this place. The host’s family lives in a separate house in the same compound. The host, Bhagawan, doesn’t live here but he was always in touch (remotely) and was extremely helpful. The best part of this place is his mother. She is a charming lady and an excellent cook. We loved her local cuisine. Unfortunately, she speaks only Kannada which i couldn’t speak. But we managed the communication through our driver. The only con part of this place that we felt is that the rooms were relatively smaller in size. We were only 3 people and this didn’t bother us. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet break around Sakleshpur, this place is highly recommended.

Dinesh and the family took great care of us, and the home ade good was amazing. whatever we asked for were taken care greatly with Dinesh's and his family's personal interest to ensure we get good service. We were four friends, went to chill and refresh after some heavy work weeks. It was a great experience overall.

We had a wonderful stay at Kini Nikethan. The property was easy to find, great accessibility and ample parking space. The property is surrounded with greenary and you can spot peacocks within the property in the mornings. I would definitely recommend the property to my friends and family
