because there was no MTA nearby, I thought the price was a little high, not to mention that it was almost day and night, a person serving a customer as if they were on the side of a motel, I made several complaints but nothing was resolved.

As soon as I got there, I was made to feel at home. I felt safe. There was never a time when the hosting party did not answer any questions or messages. I will definitely be going again. They made my whole Peruvian experience amazing..

This was our second stay at this apartment! Very convenient to restaurants, and grocery store. Neighboorhood is a safe place. Owners are so good to work with. All the special touches they have in their apartment make their place seem like a home away from home. They have a list of great recomendations! We tried a few of them. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely stay. Felt right at home. Was equipped with basic necessities. Slightly noisy outside but it’s to be expected in the city. Would definitely book again

Great place! Awesome views. Very clean and modern. Definitely would stay there again! Very nice building in a nice location. Host was very nice and helpful and obliging with schedules. Washer and Dryer is the same machine which takes a while, for to machine to do a cycle.

Great stay! Ana was helpful and responsive. The apartment was spotless. Many places I have stayed in Lima have mold due to the high humidity, but this one was completely clean. Very walkable neighborhood with many restaurants and shops nearby.

This is such a great apartment - clean, really well equipped (one of the best airbnb kitchens I've seen, it really had everything I needed to cook), and in a great location within easy walking distance to great restaurants and cute shops and even the waterfront! I love the area, and the apartment is really easy for check-in, the hosts were really responsive and I love that there is a front desk where you can ask any questions (and it feels really safe too). Would highly recommend!

Rafael was very kind at all times, the apartment was very well distributed and cozy, without a doubt a good place to stay and forget about the chaotic Lima.

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Antonio hosts a super nice apartment, very nicely furnished living room, spacious master bath, everything in top condition. The building has 24 hr portaria, and is located at a green plaza. I will be back soon.

We had a great stay at Luis’ place! The location was perfect—close to food, excursions, and shopping. The portable heater was helpful on chilly nights, and the washer/dryer with complimentary soap was a huge plus for us light packers. Luis and his team were also kind enough to store our bags on our last day, which we really appreciated. One tip: brush up on your Spanish! The front desk speaks limited English, and it helps a lot with check-in and getting around. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Jeanpierre was an incredible host!! He allowed us to make his space our home for three months which made for a memorable and special experience. He was always quick to respond to any of our needs and his little space is a must if you are in Lima! We will most definitely be back and highly recommend this space to anyone considering a visit to Peru! 🇵🇪

Excellent place, close to everything but at the same time quite quiet

The house is very well equipped, Jenny responds quickly. If you go with children you have the pool in the house and the pool in the condominium. For the beaches like us, you can choose several playitas by walking along the seawall and if you like to exercise the hike from the house to the beach is perfect for getting around. Recommended !

Pros: Perfect space for large families. The children had plenty to enjoy within the space and we had everything we needed to fill at home. Ruth was very responsive to all questions and concerns! She and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. The community is friendly & walkable to small tiendas. The house is located in a private community of luxurious houses and a large park. The major store is about a 34 minute walk or you can take a tut tut (moto cab). For the adventurous at heart they are plenty of independently operated buses/cabs. Cons: The small nearby stores close early and only accept cash. Ubers would cancel frequently. Renting a car would be conducive for large families. It is about a 1 hour 15 minute ride to Lima depending on traffic. (However it’s about 35 min drive to Ate and 15-20 min drive to Chosica downtown which was really cute town.) If you enjoy slow pace and a tranquil space then this space is beyond perfect as the house is amaz

The apartment is top-notch. The A/C is what made a huge difference as it is the only way to control mold/must in humid Lima. It is very well supplied with appliances and basic kitchen spices, coffee, sugar, etc. The view out all windows is beautiful. The location is convenient to all tourist places (some on foot and others via taxi). Lots of great restaurants nearby and a small market next door. All concierges were very polite and helpful. I will definitely book this place again.

This is my second visit to the house in Punta Negra, and once again exceeded our expectations. The spaces are spacious, to enjoy as a family and with my pets. Great location, just steps from the beach. The common areas, such as the terrace, grill and dining room, are perfect for relaxing and sharing the moment. We had a wonderful stay. Milagros, the host, was very kind, attentive to every detail and flexible with our requirements, which made our experience even better. I would definitely come and stay here again. I recommend it.
