We thoroughly enjoyed it! The food recommendations were great so make sure you ask them. The spot literally being by concierge is great. It's secure. It's a beautiful spot. Just a recommendation is to bring yourself some large towels as it is very hard to plan washing and air dry when you are busy going out. Also, bring/buy rolls of toilet paper. The code for internet is on the SIDE of the refrigerator. Since its on the ground level and main street there is some noise you will hear. Just in case you are a light sleeper. Lince is a safe location to walk and 15min without traffic to the main plaza square for good shopping. Other than than that, everything was spot on and we loved the place. It will be dearly missed.

Every time I travel to Lima I stay at these apartments AND I have recommended them to everyone as well. Location is great, the apartment is perfect, there is always a welcome package of food when I arrive, linens are spotless. And the hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Absolutely perfect!

Book this place and you’ll be staying in the heart of Miraflores. To say this place was amazing is an understatement. It has all the amenities you need and is perfect no matter how long you stay. Gabriela was a fantastic host. She was responsive, kind, and generous. Whenever we needed something, she was prompt and accommodating to ensure we were being taken care of. This penthouse is close to all the amazing places in Miraflores and a short Uber ride away from wherever you need to go. El departamento es bonito y comodo, tal cual como en las fotos. Jimena respondia rapidamente y solucionaba los problemas de una manera eficaz. El staff del edificio es amable. Me volveria a quedar aqui

Zona tranquila, buena ubicación con restaurantes cercanos, trato amable de los propietarios, departamento limpio y amplio.

El Airbnb estuvo increíble! Éramos 4 familias, 12 personas en total, cada familia tuvo sus propias habitaciones con baño privado y clóset. Excelente ubicación, a pocas cuadras de Larcomar. La cocina podría estar más equipada, pero es algo mínimo en comparación a las ventajas del departamento. Recomendado.

I stay a lot in Lima for business. This is one of my favorites. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Great work area and WiFi. Quiet street which is unusual! Close to everything. Easy and safe to walk everywhere. I’ll be back! Thanks!

This place was awesome, really cute design and aesthetic. Strategically located in one of the best districts in Lima and Fiorella (our host) was awesome. She was really nice and attentive.

Apartamento de Carmen é excelente, tem tudo que voce precisa, a localização em Miraflores é perto de tudo. Carmen tem comunicação rápida e esta sempre disponível. Sr Arturo (porteiro) é super prestativo e atencioso. Super recomendo.

Great, grand apartment with great views. Really good location, walkable, lift goes all the way into the apartment. Roxana has the place squeaky clean for us and had fantastic local recommendations available, too. We also like the old style, grand furniture. The only thing I would have liked to have is heating, as it wasn’t the warmest… Overall definitely recommend it! ☺️

Один из лучших рассветов в моей жизни случился на веранде этой квартиры! Очень уютное жильё, внизу живут родители Ракель - очень милые и гостеприимные люди, помогли мне занести чемодан по винтовой лестнице наверх! И были отзывчивы ко всем моим просьбам! Квартира расположена в хорошем, безопасном районе, рядом с прекрасной набережной. Приятно гулять на улице и вечером не страшно! Ракель была всегда на связи по вотсап и все вопросы решались очень быстро! В душе если включать полный напор, то вода не горячая, для того, чтоб получить горячую воду нужно снизить напор очень сильно. Прекрасная кофеварка на кухне, берите свой кофе! Однозначно рекомендую это место и сама бы вернулась сюда снова!

Es la segunda oportunidad que me hospedo en el dpto de Miguel todo muy ordenado y limpio, tiene todo lo necesario, super recomendable, Miguel siempre está atento a resolver cualquier duda o requerimiento.

Great little apartment. I wouldn't recommend it if it will be exceptionally hot during your stay, because the road outside is very loud with the windows open. But it was not hot when I visited (April) with the windows closed, and there's a fan you can use too, but no AC. Lisbeth is a fantastic host, super responsive and understanding - thank you!
